Long my favorite guitar color. This video only solidifies that take. I love the golden undertones(?). Sometimes candy tangerine doesn't look this way, but I love it. Looks like my old tangerine iMac DV from 20 years ago. So glossy and luscious.

I made one from warmoth not too long ago. The body I mean, is from warmoth : ) It's even more decked out than this lovely orange guitar by Aaron here. Starwood humbucker bridge, starwood strat middle, and starwood tele neck, And the neck itself is a john page custom shop 93 brazilian rosewood. And I put a vega trem on the sob. It's effing amazing! And I painted it sparkly pink hahaha. I did run into a snag though sadly. Finding a wiring harness that would work good for this weird set up was hard. Found one that works good but ran into a odd problem of cramming all the wiring guts into the body. I feel like I need more space or something. Cramming all the wires in shuts it off for some reason. I'm a dumby when it comes to wiring so I think I just effed up. Every time I cram it in there the guitar goes dead. Raised up a lil and it works perfectly. Hmmmm.... It looks kinda silly right now haha and I'm worried I might get electrocuted some how haha but it plays and sounds soooo sooo good. I'll figure out this issue soon enough haha. But heck yeah guys! Strat/tele hybrids are pretty baller. Best of like both worlds haha. I gotta say though. Don't be silly like me and just throw all the crazy ideas in the world at this project. Maybe keep it more simple like Aaron so you don't run into weird issues like I did haha. That's what I get for wanting to make the most badazz/but also weird af guitar haha.

What are you saying? Did you use the right gauge wires? You're shorting it out when bending wires into hole, you probably stripped the wire back too much, or soldering is not done right, possibly too much causing it to touch backplate. Is it super strat or all singles? The wiring is basically the same unless you have some type of stacked humbucker with a pull knob to split coils or something weird like that

Does the tape over screw holes prevent tear out? I didn’t know this. It is a nice color.

It allows me to make a pen mark and gives the bit some traction so it doesn't wander. Probably not necessary, but I like to do it.

It does help prevent the clear coat from chipping, it's the same technique that cabinet makers use to cut countertops, it helps stop the chipping of Formica tops when drilling and sawing, always put painters or masking tape one both sides of the holes or saw blade

We won't be doing a kit or anything, but you could pretty easily build a similar guitar with Warmoth parts.
