A Proverb a day, keeps satan (sins) away. Yes, it does help. Wisdom books are tough teaching and learning. Fr., you have wisely and beautifully, put across the richness of the True Wisdom. Yes, throughout Wisdom books we find the segregation between Just Man and Wicked Man (similar to last judgement) so, True Wisdom advising us to flee away from Wicked Company, who constantly, day & night keep plotting and planning evil in their minds to harm and destroy innocent people. Wicked uses wisdom for negative and evil deeds to harm the neighbour and Just Man uses wisdom in fear (love and reverence) of God (positive). Yes, it is written how God is going to deal with the wicked. Let the one who fears God follow His Wisdom and His Ways and draw closer to Him and His Will. Thank God for using you Fr., to spread His True Wisdom to His People.

Dear Fr Warner, today's reading highlights wisdom being the best safeguard against temptation & more precious than all riches. God wants us to be good & wisdom is the bedrock of our values. It can be summarised in just one line - do not be indebted to anyone, do good to a fellow man in need, avoid evil & live in peace. Your conclusion sums it all - having knowledge is important but having wisdom is all important. Thank you Fr for your superb teaching. Godbless & heal you. 🙏 💕
