The South is a special place. It's my home. It's a place I love. It's an area of wonderful people. I've been up north. Ive seen Chicago, Boston and New York. Ive been to the west coast. San Diego, LA and San Francisco. You can have them all. There are no better people in this country than a bunch of southern good old boys. Texas, Louisiana, Georgia and the hills of Tennessee. Home of the finest people god has seen fit to put on this earth.

I'm 100% Yankee, and have loved Confederate Railroad for years. Having pride in your heritage doesn't make you a racist. Banning them from the state fair did absolutely nothing to help poor kids in the ghetto. How about school choice, law and order, welfare reform that encourages families to stay together, enterprise zones, repealing the racist Democrat Davis-Bacon Act? That would actually accomplish something.
