I loved the early 2000s. I was 17 when this album came out. I'd just entered into a relationship with a girl who would eventually become my wife. Parties every weekend, going to college, not having to work much, spending all my wages on cds, pot, beer and McDonald's. This was my album of my 2003 summer, which for me, was my greatest summer ever. Now 2 of my friends passes away, 3 I never see and one of them became my wife and lifelong best friend. Great album for great memories

Hey, Roxtar! Take ten deep, slow breaths. Take a deep breath any time you think about your breath. From the Mayo Clinic: >>But when stressors are always present and you constantly feel under attack, that fight-or-flight reaction stays turned on. >>The long-term activation of the stress response system and the overexposure to cortisol [The Primary Stress Hormone] and other stress hormones that follow **can disrupt almost all your body's processes.** This puts you at increased risk of many health problems, including: >>Anxiety, Depression, Digestive problems, Headaches, Muscle tension and pain, Heart disease, heart attack, high blood pressure and stroke, Sleep problems, Weight gain, Memory and concentration impairment Peer reviewed article from *Nature*: >>Prolonged, elevated cortisol [The Primary Stress Hormone] levels in animals are also shown to cause atrophy [Weakening] in the hippocampus [The Brain's Memory Center]and hypertrophy [Growth] in the amygdala [The Brain's Fear Center], largely through changes in dendritic remodeling[Parts Of Brain Cells That Catch Messages From Other Brain Cells]. These structural changes may contribute to deficits in appropriate feedback onto the HPA axis. [The Part Of Your Brain That Keeps You Calm] Results from Berkely Study: >>Activity in the amygdala [The Brain's Fear Center], suggests that quick breathing rates may trigger feelings like anxiety, anger, or fear. Other studies have shown that we tend to be more attuned to fear when we're breathing quickly. Conversely, it may be possible to reduce fear and anxiety by slowing down our breath. Results from MSU study: >>Deep breathing causes the vagus nerve [Immune System And Heart Rate Control] to signal your nervous system to lower your heart rate, blood pressure and cortisol [The Primary Stress Hormone]. Taking just ten deep breaths can assist with relaxation and provide a sense of calm. Breathe deep!

Everyone "gets it" with Billy's music a decade or two later. The greatness this band had has gone mostly unnoticed and what they could have turned into will never be known. This song and song and video is so damn good. The music they made together was gold. For what it's worth... This music was a little less all about Billy than the Pumpkins are.... Zwan members had a lot more writing credits. Wondering vibes

I was lucky enough to see them 3 times (once in Chicago, once in St. Louis, and then in Normal, IL.). I can’t tell you how many times I listened to this album, and I was so excited for a follow up (studio recordings of Friends As Lovers, Spilled Milk, Riverview, and God’s Gonna Set This World On Fire would have been amazing). I feel like this is the last time that Billy really seemed to put his all into it! Don’t get me wrong, he has recorded some stellar shit since, but this was the last whiff of youthful Billy Corgan.
