If you can afford it, start with the best. It will quickly make you look like a pro. They'll give you a link with over four hours of ides and suggestions. Great review! Btw u don't have to count or anything when using the record feature. I don't have the product or anything, but I know that u can program it to vibrate as a cue to know when it will retract or whatever.

Hi Nic, For a starter I would say perhaps it's overkill unless you have an application or effect you can only do with this. All electronic devices are quite expensive like the Spider Pen etc but considerably less expensive than this :)
