Buy your flour from known organic sources. Read the ingredients on the package. If it contains corn (cornstarch) it must be listed. Red Mill is a popular organic flour, but you will pay much more for it. I'm sure you know this already.

Rice and seafood are two foods that are normally the highest in arsenic levels. Cans are lined with toxic plastic that can leak into your food. See, no matter how hard you try you just cannot get away from everything! Water is the main culprit when it comes to arsenic. Since it is naturally occurring, it depends on the levels within your soil and water. Chemicals are also sprayed on us daily. Things constantly leak into our water supply. It is a wonder any of us can even function anymore! I think what you are doing is a good start though. Staying away from processed food is probably the best thing we can do .

I can`t see anything but trees and nature outside and the road is 600 feet away. All the large farms are over 30 miles east of me along the Mississippi flood plain.

I lived in Chatta tenn in the late 1990's I purchased strawberries from a large Food chain the berries were red on the inside about 1/2 a inch then 1;2 inch of a white tissue like material when chewed was like chewing boxed tissue paper,I reported with a sample to the FDA,as i had ate several, at first it was like maybe they were not fully ripe,but after i had stomach pain and pressure and constipation,I went to the doctor who sent me to a GI doctor,I had several test, I told him what occured I got no responds ,later it occured to me that would send more people to his office ,more test,surgery ect bottom line more money,the FDA said they would look in to it,years later after I moved to a different state,that food chain was sold to and sold again to another new chain, But the food changing started in the ate 60's ,I noticed apple peels were like leather,so I would my form and vegetables fro the farmers market, but in 2024 its best to grow our own but that's why the system scammed most out of our homes.but a flower pot can work for us, I was and still examine what I feed my kids,grands ;and great grands this system is evil,but we God fearing mothers do not play,the Lord says in the Bible hell has no fiery like a woman's anger

I am sorry I don’t believe those recalls. Think about ! For those who have not heard about the recalls notice have no one was have been sick or have reported it. Second the USDA does inspections the chicken before it goes into production. If it fails that means the USDA isn’t doing their job. Also it is rare that the factory and USDA gets along with each other. As far as the apple juice it’s always the apple juice and no other. No everyone is going to hear this message but wait to hear if there is any illnesses and you won’t. The gov just wants to make people throw food away. There is no way can a food factory will allow this to happen in the first place it goes thru a vigorous inspection. Just saying

Same, since I'm down to one meal a day, I went to Dollar General and got 2 of that tositos pizza and a triple shot Monster Coffee energy drink with Moca flavor. I was sick for 2 days. My head started spinning, fever, diarrhea and I felt nauseous. I am fine now. I just continue drinking water and overdosing on vitamin C. They are killing us for sure, and have been putting hormones in fast food since the 90's, probably why all of my friends are now fairies.
