I was confused when I didn’t see magical edition written next to one of the bundles, so I went back to your video where you explained each edition and what each one holds and I used that video is my guide to figuring out which one was supposed to be the magical edition. I purchased the $50.00 edition too when I figured out that’s supposed to be the magical edition and when I didn’t get the items that were included I was also confused again thinking I purchased the wrong edition, but can confirm I did purchase the $50.00 one. Even though I didn’t get the items I still say it was worth the price I do like this dlc a lot better than A Rift In Time. Just hoping we get the items soon.

I am on XBOX series X and was able to get the expansion. But I had to purchase it through the game's main menu. And I bought the more expensive one, because I knew that was the magical edition. I haven't received all my moonstones, but I have received everything else.

i play ddv on my pc but i have it through the xbox pc game pass, i bought the magical edition of storybook vale through the game itself on the main menu & i did receive everything that was promised. if you play it on pc, id recommend just buying it through the game itself like i did.. thank you serroh for making this video & posting it so quickly! good luck everyone

It’s interesting that what you get is different for people. For me I got the items, but not the early adopters clothes, and only 5000 moonstones. Hopefully they’ll get it sorted soon 🙏🏻 Love the update though!

I wonted to report what happened on my side.... (I'll put this on your discord too). I play on the PC, this morning the update for my PC, my DDV also didn't want to download and was error for an hour before I decided to just uninstall and the redownload it again, which worked. When I went in to purchase the Storybook Vale, I was given a price of either $29.99 or $79.99 (you are reading that right). I was not going to buy the expention for 79.99 dollars. I looked into since it that had to be a mistake, but kept on getting $79.99. So I got the regular thinking that my $29.99 would include the bonus but here it is... the regular with no bonuses. Now I'm upset and I sure hope that they do something about this along with the others that were 'mislead'. Those that wanted the bonus stuff, I'm fine paying an extra $20, but I wish that they fixed it so that I could pay for the for $50 one like everyone else is upset about. I ALSO I agree that they SHOULD have let us all done the PRE ORDER so it wasn't going to be so hard and misleading and stressful.

I saw a comment on instagram that changing the language ingame made the missing items appear in their mailbox. I'm playing on Switch and it worked for me!

At the start of the game under Expansions it actually says if you bought Magical Edition or not. Mine says "Access granted", so I guess they'll just send us our stuff later through mail (I hope so).

Fix may have went through cause I just got my Pegasus and rest of it just now in my mail and cool thing is the pegasus house can be interacted with and you can set up to 4 companions to it to roam around.

Thanks for these guides. One thing a few people seem confused about is Scrooge, we now have 3 different rotations in Scrooges. The Valley, Eternity Isle and Storybook so every day we get three chances at new stuff. I got a Knight helmet today that matches the dreamllight armor we all got last year, it looks so cool.

I bought the $49.99 edition on Steam. Logged in and shows Magical Edition on the title screen. Log in had 1 in game mail, it had the Pegasus, House, Clothes and only 5k Moonstones... Have not got the early adopter outfit and still missing 5k Moonstones, or a letter to go to the Storybook Vale

I purchased the Magical Edition through the Playstation Store website right after it dropped, and I got everything promised, including the 10,000 Moonstones, after it downloaded to my PS5. (The baby Pegasus photo pose is adorable!) It was pulled from the store soonafter. Hopefully Gameloft will get it fixed soon!

A good friend of mine bought it before work and planned on playing when she got home. She accidentally bought the $29 version when she really wanted the Magical one. She contacted customer service to see if she could be either refunded or upgraded by paying the extra $. Nope. They said sorry. Nothing we can (will) do. I was talking to her while she was on hold waiting. So if someone bought it by mistake I can tell you that they won't let you change it. At least that is what she was told.

The PlayStation magical bundle could only be accessed by going into your game library, selecting the 3 dots to the side and selecting the magical edition. It wasn't in the store at all which is how many people bought it and now we're stuck with the regular bundle. This fumble hasn't made me want to spend my time waiting in a customer service cue, waiting for my refund, and then rebuying it. So instead of me spending close to $70 Canadian, I only spent like $45 which is better for me. I hope they release an upgrade since they seemed to mess it up across all platforms and a bunch of people didn't buy the edition they actually wanted. It would be a missed opportunity for GL to get some more money. especially since it seems to be their fault

I am loving the game but it is buggy. I have found that if I open a normal memory that it can glitch when it gets to the screen to show which fragment you get and you don't actually get it. So people dont open your normal memories. Not found it with Auroras notes thankfully. Also not recieved my extra stuff, bit dissapointing but I am glad they are aware of it. I am on switch btw.
