For a long time I freeze and numb myself. But, I am learning new things to overcome such as listening to happy/dancable music, talking/going out with people, reading a book, engulfing myself in business/income streams and of course self-love. Once again, Thank you for this video I appreciate your honesty and vulnerability. Just in case no one has told you today, YOU ROCK and YOU"RE AMAZING.

People often use the term "narcissistic" loosely to describe someone with a few narcissistic traits. However, this doesn't reflect the true experience of dealing with a genuinely toxic narcissist. A true narcissist's behavior can deeply damage relationships and lives, causing profound brokenness, confusion, and addiction that hurt families, children, including ourself the survivor/victime. I have personally experienced this and am still working hard every day to move on, despite the challenges. I agree we definitely need more resources not just on overcoming the impact of a narcissist, but also on feeling whole again and managing the damage they cause to our emotional, physical and mental health to ourselves, our children, our families, work relationships, etc. Tnank you for. your video and vulnerability. Just like you, I hope that soon resources are to come for us whom are or have been through this healing process.

You NAILED IT!! This is so true. 🎯🎯🎯They are Human wrecking balls.❤️🩹 But I know there’s a world where there’s more understanding, more support, more education around these things. Where people and children feel safe and protected. Like their lives are valued and they’re more than mere pawns in a narc’s game. I pray we’re closer to seeing this in the next few years as people evolve and more and more are impacted by the devastating ripple effects of narcissistic destruction.
