Delicious. I think I wouldve personally put the bacon in with the mash mix so the flavor is evenly spread and they can soften a bit too with time, then had some finely chopped to spread on top for presentation and more flavor, THEN more green onions on top. I wouldve roasted some garlic to mix with the sour cream too to give a little punch. But nice dish!

😂You had me at 🥓 bacon 💯👍💃🌹🎯 The problem I have with using bacon as an ingredient is The smell of bacon cooking...the smell burning up my 👃 nose...and then I start nibbling on a slice here...and there...then I'm short on bacon for the recipe 😋 😅...So I always make a few extra slices 🎉✌👍 Those look marvelously delicious 😋

@@swaggy7496 lol all good my dude. It's a cheese that you can typically find in the cold dairy area of a grocery store around the cheese. There's usually like a Mexican cheese area and it's typically there. A lot of times you see it packaged all balled up in plastic, kinda like Mozzarella balls. Other times you can get it in that same area but it's shredded in a bag like typical shredded cheese. Oaxaca is a city in Mexico, and the cheese is famous for being ultra melty and a nice richness to it. Lot of good Mexican food uses it. It's a little pricier than your mass produced stuff in major groceries, but it's worth it.
