This song always makes me think of my daughter. I'm sure it's not meant to be to a daughter, but so much of the lyrics I can relate to her. I even tattooed a line on my arm with other tattoos for her, "I don't need to be the king of the world, as long as I'm the hero of this little girl". I could say so much more, but I'll let it be. Hopefully Jani is finaly at peace and has found a better life up there than he did down here. He was troubled with alcoholism for years and he finaly lost the battle . That was 3 years ago. Warrant was one of the best bands of the '90s.

This is the musical genius of Jani, folks. Wrote it at a such young age (early 20’s) I believe and with an incredibly sense of maturity and powerful feelings. He was living a dream when Warrant took off in ‘89, but sadly his career lasted about 8 years. After that his career went downhill.
