This song always makes me think of my daughter. I'm sure it's not meant to be to a daughter, but so much of the lyrics I can relate to her. I even tattooed a line on my arm with other tattoos for her, "I don't need to be the king of the world, as long as I'm the hero of this little girl". I could say so much more, but I'll let it be. Sounds like you have a father that loves you.

If you're actually a fan of Warrant and don't just listen to "Cherry Pie", maybe you'll agree with me that this is HANDS DOWN, Warrant's best song! Don't believe me? Watch the video, listen to the song and read the lyrics. Thumbs up if you agree!! RIP Jani. Thank you for this amazing song.

You just got to look a little. Aside from a lot of the 80's bands still going, we have newer bands. Just look for nasty habit, dirty penny and wildstreet. You can find them on youtube. Pure sleeze hair metal.

This is the musical genius of Jani, folks. Wrote it at a such young age (early 20’s) I believe and with an incredibly sense of maturity and powerful feelings. He was living a dream when Warrant took off in ‘89, but sadly his career lasted about 8 years. After that his career went downhill.

I just got done serenading this to my girlfriend, and she started crying of happiness, and she ran up to me and hugged me. She replied, I will always be your biggest fan babe.

70's-80's must have been the greatest time period EVER, now a days, everything is so chaotic and stressing, no possible way to have a good time without severe consequences, I always loved visiting my dad's bro's, this is the only music they listen to, it's GREAT!
