This song always makes me think of my daughter. I'm sure it's not meant to be to a daughter, but so much of the lyrics I can relate to her. This is the musical genius of Jani, folks. Wrote it at a such young age (early 20’s) I believe and with an incredibly sense of maturity and powerful feelings. He was living a dream when Warrant took off in ‘89, but sadly his career lasted about 8 years. After that his career went downhill.
