To be fair, close games shouldn't be a blank check for fouls. Even if neither of these are fouls, Watch what Kevon Looney was doing to Sengun on the rebound. He clearly hooked Sengun to prevent him from going after the rebound. That is a textbook loose ball foul not called leading to the ball hitting the floor

Steve Kerr is 💯 % right. Not only that, THE EXACT SAME FOUL was committed on GP II SECONDS before that foul call! I do think if Steve challenged it, refs might've caught that in the review (new challenge rules). All that being said, that game should've been won way before that moment and Steph took a bad shot because he wanted to do his night night celly so bad. 😢😭
