Glad to hear about his work in Haiti. I've been there a few times and have to say I think corruption and lack of infrastructure are huge barriers to getting anything major done. Political tension and gangs are major problems as well.

It hurts my heart when I learn about the best of humanity (ephraim) and others like him, spending all this time and resources on parts of the world that are not America. “Unfuck America” first, then go do all the good in the rest of the world, but in my opinion the best way to help the rest of the world is from the inside out, meaning America first then spreading out to everyone else. You can’t help someone else if you’re incapable of helping yourselves.
