Nice work, I bought the same set up as you on your recommendation 👌 I think the black in the flow gauges is mould because of the low flow temp, pretty sure I’ve seen Glister take them apart and clean them before but never done it myself

It's overheating because it needed a flush? Too much going on. Low loss header might help. UFH is the problem. How many bathrooms, sinks, and bedrooms are on the rads?

I think power flushing is over rated. I’ve been doing this for 25years and I’ve have never needed to power flush a system to repair any faults or issues. Great videos keep it up 👍

@@johnward5006 yeah don’t know if it’s the area I live in but Been to a few jobs over the years when someone has power flushed it and they still have issues. Bit of balancing or faulty TRVs have sorted it. Must be just lucky I guess!
