I watched The Weasels analysis of who he thought watched round three.According to him even though Usman had more volume 8 medium strikes for Usman to 1 maximum strike he gave the round to Khamzat because on that I major strike which I didn't even agree to.So if accumulated strikes were considered more,there is no way a one major strike could outway 8 medium strikes. Aisde from this Usman smashed Khamzat's head on the floor and nobody saw that to be significant and decided to give round one a 10/8.

To think that if there are no cuts it means there is no damage is crazy. After first round Usman looked like he was ready to quit. He was on the edge of being physically broken. If that's not 10-8 I don't know what is.

Round 1 was a textbook 10-8 check the scoring criteria round 2 was Usman’s round 3 could’ve done either way depending on how you value the takedown I felt the fight could’ve been a draw but I’m by no means upset that Khamzat got the W Usman put on a great showing with everything considered after learning Khamzat broke his hand in the first it makes sense why he took his foot off the gas if it was 5 rounds I think Usman could’ve gotten the W

What would be the appropriate score in a round where both fighters take turns evenly dominating one another? One drops another, lands gnp shots, guy gets up, drops the other guy, lands gnp shots. Roughly 2.5 minutes of domination for each fighter and roughly equal damage. How would that be scored? 8-8,9-9,10-10?

I see both sides of the argument; Khamzat didn't really damage Usman in any significant way but honestly Usman couldn't defend or had any answer to Khamzat so it's 10-8 imo. The rest of the remaining rounds go to Usman imo so a draw.

Josh is right. Khamzat had his back while they were dry and couldnt capitalize. Usman was defending everything and not in danger of being finished. If we're giving out 10-8s for positional control and rabbit punches, then Josh had multiple 10-8s the night he backpacked Benson like it was going out of style. These rules are written in sand.

John I don't understand what you mean 50% of the time. I.E Please re-watch Rd1 Kattar v.s Emmett and compare it to Kamaru v s Kumshot? Who inflicted more damage Kattar on Emmett or Kumshot v.s Kamaru. 23 Stitch cut Emmett was required after Rd1, and he lost because he wasn't, "As Powerful," as Emmett you can't judge via Power, power is something you're born with A BJJ Black Belt is earned, my point is how is the Damage that Emmett absorbed not sufficient but, and I know this because I am familiar with A team, when Emmett winged punches it was in Kattar's gameplan to back up to the winged shots and planned to kick of the fence and land a Counter Superman Punch, why did Emmett get the 1st, 2nd, and the utter distorted Chris Lee gave Emmett R4 which as I see it now was 1 of 2 possibilities. 1 wagered on Emmett 2. In more than 1 way Lee was attempting to ruin Kattar's career. I have not seen many people who gave the Fight to Emmett and he needed 79 inner and outer stitches among other work, Kattar's nose? Not JDM, but its been broken since I was 9,? Curious

Chimaev was taking it easy on him so the crowd could watch a fight to the end. That was just another work out for Chimaev. Everyone knows it's more exciting to watch striking than grappling. A business fight.

I had a costs winning and after watching that. I believe Costa could have. If that was five rounds, Usman would have been the winner. 10-8 first round, Usman was winning the 2nd round until Khamzat got the takedown, Usman clearly won round 3. 29-27 is how I’d score it. If Usman had stopped that takedown in the 2nd round it would’ve been a draw.
