Dubois trainer saying Usyk is a cheat is out of order though. Say what ever about the ref if you have other examples (as Teddy did) but to call Usyk a cheat just isn’t the case. He got hit with more than one low blow that night and kept going, also got hit with clean body shots and it didn’t budge him so I really don’t feel like it was a body shot

They completely changed the narrative of Dubois taking a knee yet again and onto getting robbed. In all of Usyk's fights I have ever watched, I have never seen him as a cheater. The rules set it out clearly and the referee has the job of enforcing them. If Dubois had been closer at the end of the fight, there may be an argument of being robbed, it would be a different thing. But he was soundly beaten and stopped.

On the other hand when Usyk was on the canvas his arm was shaking, maybe the ref would have stopped it if he saw a shaky Usyk in front of him or maybe because Usyk was in severe pain Dubois would have finished him off. We will never know.

Beneath the trunks, it's a protection guard, which affects the groin even when the trunks are slightly touched. And this was a low blow. Neither the commission and the referee made Usyk adjust his trunks in the locker room or in inside the ring if they had believed that they were too high above what's really allowed, so if Usyk had for example placed the trunks above the liver and the kidney, it would have counted as a low blow even if he had been dropped by a vicious body shot.

#1 - the shot WAS technically a "low blow" - below the belt - but was NOT a groin shot and should NOT have been called as such - it should have been waved off - it was on the belt in the lower body but NOT the groin due to "high trunks" and the Referee should have defined that at the START of the fight BEFORE the opening bell during the "touch'em up" speech - they always do - they give final instructions and hold their hand on the fighter and state " anywhere above here is legal " if they deem the fighter to wear HIGH trunks which Usyk had #2 - Usyk did NOT make the call and he did NOT embellish the degree of pain - he was HURT from a hard BODY SHOT - so would YOU have been - that shot chops down trees #3 - Usyk WOULD have beat the 10-count even if in pain #4 - it would have had an effect on the fight as Dubois would go back there IMMEDIATELY amplifying the effect - #4 - would the fight have been stopped by KO ? - difficult to say but likely NOT - Usyk weathers it enough to get out of the round #5 - who wins? - Usyk late

Nobody can know where the pain was coming from, but i don't believe Usyk would have stayed down if the ref began his count. If that is what the Dubois camp is counting on, then they would have been disappointed even more than they act like they are now. Usyk dominated the fight other than the low blow. Of course they want another payday, but if they thought Dubois had much of a chance they are very mistaken. It was almost a mismatch even though Dubois is a much bigger heavyweight. I don't want to see another boxing lesson. I want Usyk to embarrass Fury if Fury suddenly grows a pair and agrees to a fight with Usyk.

The whole of Dubois glove was BELOW the top of Usyk's shorts (which weren't pulled up too high). The Ref had clear sight of the blow and correctly ruled it low straight away..Usyk told the ref he was ok to continue after a couple of minutes but the ref gave him more time....no controversy here at all...

there was 1 moment during the first few rounds when dubois was looking dangerous landing shots and the ref jumped in and seperated them completely diffusing the situation also the fact that its the same ref as the aj fight is abit suspicous

Don't know what you were watching pal but, the ref didn't do anything in the first few rounds, didn't have to because Dubois couldn't even get near him. Even Steve Bunce, Dubois' biggest cheerleader and Warren puppet said Dubois hadn't even been in the fight during the first 3 rounds. Clearly you're still a little salty about Joshua being spanked aswell.

To me Usyks Trunks were high and watching the replay it looked like a clean shot. Usyk was hurt, he saw an opportunity when the referee called it low and took advantage of it. If the ref started counting he probably would have got up or at least tried. Dubois could have targeted the body more once he Saw how effective it was but instead he folded. The right man won.

Bolshavits, blow was legal & Usyk was very hurt. Usyk’s trunks were pulled up above his navel. Had the ref given Usyk a count, he would have got to his feet & possibly gone on to beat Dubois, but Dubois didn’t get a fair shake!

People are creating controversy where there isn't...many things can be true at the same time and here's what I saw...1. Usek got hit with a low blow...9 times out of 10 that punch is called low and we move on just like Crawford vs Khan...if it wasn't initially called a low blow that would be fine too because it was close enough...its one of those punches if you get away with it the ref comes over and signals and says "keep em up"....2. Usek definitely played futbol/football/soccer with it and overdramatized it but he can do that because it was a foul 3. Usek can't take body punches we seen it against Joshua and that punch if it was 5 inches higher could have ended the fight...4. The ref was definitely protecting the home fighter so anything close would have been called a low blow and he made the home fighter take more time then he wanted...all things can be true but a foul is a foul so let's just move on...Dubois had his chance but now the jury is definitely out on Usek, just like most Russian/Ukrainian boxers, he can't take body punches

Usyk took multiple legal body shots after the low punch and they had little effect. If this was a body shot then surely he wouldve folded to the legal ones. Noone could get that hurt to the body and then not respond when hit there again. It looked like a bladder punch to me, but as you rightly say noone knows what Usyk felt. Calling Usyk a cheat and all that bollocks is just garbage. Nothing he did was outside the rules. Beterbiev did drop Usyk and he got up and beat him.

It was low. The ref did a good job. Everyone so used to seeing certain fighters be allowed to bend the rules and get their own way especially against certain opponents, that when the rules are actually enforced and things are fair they think they’re being cheated. It shows how spoiled and entitled certain people have been that when we go back to fairness they cry cheating 😂

The shot was dirty on the borderline so it's hard to tell if it's low or not. It might be 50/50 low and not low. But it definitely wasn't a great punch to liver or solar plexus. Don't hit dirty low and this is not going to happen simple

The position of the shorts or the belly button has nothing to do with whether its a low blow or not. Its the hip line which defines what is or is not a low blow and would have been pointed out by the ref to both boxers,. The only person that can judge it a low blow is the ref as he defined it pre fight in the changing room. Not my words, words of a world class ref.

Think what happened dubois shot was coming from below uppercut upwards and power of impact going upwards push protector upwards crushed usyk balls explains why he hit floor so quickly plus shaking arm on floor was low blow . Looks at legal body shots afterwards didn't hurt usyk at all plus usyk wasn't trying to protect his body went gung hour on dubois.

In soccer, it is being used sensor chips that show if the ball crosses the goal line. Place sensors under the belt and avoid misunderstandings. Evolution.
