Hey good video. I have not seen a JonTron video before. Not just that big on bigger KZbinrs unless it’s like Penguinz0 or BrewStew. I need to check out his videos about Goosebumps and hopefully I will like them. But great video and keep up the good work. Bye

what I remember jon saying was something like "we're looking at the worst episodes". It isn't him saying the whole series is bad. Its that those ones were the worst in his opinion

As highlighted in the discussion, I acknowledged he said its the weakest. But point was the said at the end of his Part 2 video that the “show fails to capture the magic of the books” Then he made his Are You Afraid of the Dark episodes where he reviewed the “the first 3 episodes” which included 2 famous good ones, which made the Goosebumps show look in a more negative light. He should have compared the worst episodes in Goosebumps vs worst episodes in Dark, or first 3 vs first 3 to be more fair to each show, which inherently discredits the great things the Goosebumps show imo has managed to capture. So this video is less about his opinion, more about the coverage was on unequal grounds

I think his review is reflective of those episodes in general. I mean they’re really bad. 😂 But it’s not the entire show. I mean all of the specials were great, Chillogy, Creeps, all that.

Sure I’d agree with him there, but same time Don’t Go To Sleep and Ghost Beach try to tighten up the plots compared to the books which is a valiant effort And as mentioned, he reviewed “the worst” episodes of Goosebumps but then covers the first 3 episodes of Are You Afraid of Dark, which makes that show look better despite its flaws which rival and sometimes are worst than Goosebumps😂
