this was nice but please make similar one about the garbage "free" team events because if you dont have 1+3e gems its impossible to get the vehicles like getting bus which used to be free but now even with ads its like 2k gems to get points and also i have to compete with literally wr holders and get 5 points max like hcr2 is killing the new vehicles

Nice video man, I agree with all of it. I was kinda against Mastery at first, before I realized all the good things about it. I still think it is wayyy too expensive & time consuming to afford. Fingersoft, y'all better take notes 🙃

To be honest only Jeep's, tractor, bus moonlanders are bad because moonlander and minibus records are impossible to beat now and jeep mastery requires a whopping 363 vp to complete the mastery which sucks because most of Jeep's parts suck anyway so you aren't getting anything after upgrading that many parts on jeep. Also tractor mastery completely removes the gimmicks the vehicle had.It doesn't even feel like a tractor anymore 😢 Same with bus 😭

I completely agree with you and as a player who went through the old painful blueprint update at the end of 2023 I can say that I got only 7 masteries in total in 6 months and it's too boring to grind all the damn XP and coins for them. Chests should give more coins and more xp or they should add all-vehicle xp in all chests and we choose which mastery we want to buy with the xp...

Gen, i agree with you. I would like to tell you my suffering with bus masteries: Before masteries i used to have some bus adventure wrs: bog (33785), beach (36103), gloomvale (10447, tied with zorro) and canyon (13489). When i knew that bus masteries were coming out, i thought that they were going to be like this: overdrive, open bus, unbreakable and 4th slot. But when they come out, i was completely surprised. FS had added minibus. With the time, i saw how every time attack and some adventure wrs were destroyed. I couldn’t believe that; a broken bus with a... REAR WHEEL? WHEELIE AND KANGAROO? Since then i tell myself that masteries ruined bus essence. Then minibus was nerfed and more balanced, and the update 1.62.1 come out for everyone. Not no mention the suffering for get and farm xp, get used to minibus, and the saddest: my old wrs getting beaten and forgotten. All of that was a deep change for me. Since then, i dont like the game as much as before.

A very good video about masteries that every HCR2 player must watch in full. It is very important to know a lot about how many problems this can cause and that was the main reason why I stopped playing HCR2.

Mastery was meant to encourage people to get new records on certain vehicles to upgrade them. But a lot of players already have a bunch of records on most vehicles. Oh yeah and its impossible for time attack players to grind mastery by improving their time attack records which sucks. Imo, they should give +1000 xp for new records so time attack players can have a chance too

Mastery destroyed the game for me almost completely. Before i had saved around 15 Million of coins which increased by the time, i had except Nitro almost everything atleast once used maxed. Now i'm at 3 Million coins with not even half of the current masteries... And i'm a high GP player with over 11k, i don't wanna think how it is for the newer players without some coins for later on the side. Playing in the future is gonna be tough, except if you were completely or almost maxed out, but who was that? Maybe 1% of all active players, probably even way more less. Thinking about the good old times in the game before 2023 just makes me a bit sad now, that fun will never come back.

Earning each mastery should give you like 5 GP because otherwise if you are a low GP player and trying to get GP fast to get into a good team, masteries are pointless even though the game completely relies on them for good TE scores. Also I totally agree, wheeling for hours shouldn’t get you xp, instead FS should give a meaningful amount of XP from winning cup races, playing adventure, etc.

Only downside for me is that time/coins needed. Almost all TE's need masteries which I've only got 2 masteries in total so I won't be able to get a high score

I play the since some months, I already have 6000 gp and I would like to have the masteries, I find that the problem is not the xp, it is not so hard to get, but please FS 4 millions coins for full masteries is way to mutch, I only have half of max gp, I need my coins to upgrade my cars

Masteries just make the game way too easy in my opinion Like people who have “average” skills can get 10ks way too easily And last thing they are adding masteries way too fast and only the p2w or very high gp players can afford all of the masteries ( without counting the new vehicles like raider for example )

I thought about an argument like that too, "Maps were designed for three parts". In TA, the tactics are also much simpler, often you just have to fly to the target and only touch the ground once or twice. I see it that way in adventure mode too, but there are still enough difficult maps, only desert and forest are really easy to max out. and since I found few examples, I left it out

I think Mastery is a good addition but it's terribly executed because of the prices and the grind. If the price for each mastery were like 250k or atleast 500k it would've be so much better 😭

To solve the problem of the coins make them with a value of 100, 50, 25, 10 and 5 and remove the 1 coins value, so it'd be much easier to progress in game, just like in HCR1

I say NO. Mastery is one of the worst updates ever. Argument 7 is the thing. Like two years ago you had chance to get wrs if you knew right tunes and knew what to upgrade. Now its more about coins and diamonds.

Imo, nitro was a mucg worse update than masteries I dont understand for who the masteries were created. Casuals and beginners cant get it. The players who invest enough tine to get the masteries are also unhappy because they are the competitve players and their records are gone. And they also feel pressure to keep up I understand what fs wanted unlocking masteries to be like. Where you have to actually play with the car but they just dont give enough xp for simply driving Any other devs would have added additional sources for coins to help players keep up but fs is the worst at having a balance in the game Someone who just doesnt like cups can just almost not progress at all Cups have become too important which is bad
