Why is Penny STILL being interviewed. Steven was PROVEN Innocent concerning her case!

It has to be done if they want to tell his whole story. It started with Penny. He's a pig, and all the money in the world won't stop him from his need to attack and kill women. Don't take up for these pigs. When you have a record for this type of crime, you're guilty until proven otherwise. That's what they get for being evil.

When I hear a prosecutor saying that they've never lost a case what I hear is somewhere along the way an innocent person is sitting in prison. A prosecutor's job is not to fight for justice, a prosecutor's job is to win and that's all they care about.
@RavensFanJ
@RavensFanJ 10 ай бұрын
I mean, yes. Defense lawyers work the exact same way. You think OJ's lawyers didn't believe he was guilty deep down? Lol That's how our justice system works. Each side is supposed to be given the best chance to tell their story and make it believable. Then a jury decides who to believe.
@wyattblackwood3927
@wyattblackwood3927 10 ай бұрын
@@RavensFanJ I would rather see 10 guilty people go free than one innocent person go to prison. Prosecuting someone of a crime that you know is innocent is a heinous miscarriage of justice and unacceptable, all because prosecutors look at their conviction average like a baseball player looks at his batting average.
@RavensFanJ
@RavensFanJ 10 ай бұрын
@wyattblackwood3927 So maybe you just have a problem with the way our justice system works. It would be terrible if a prosecutor or defense attorney at some point in the trial just went, "You know what, he is innocent/guilty!" And just give up on their client or prosecuting an accused. The way it works right now might not always please everyone, but at least everyone's doing the job without letting their personal feelings outweigh the case. It's not up to them to decide innocence or guilt. That's the jury's job.

I totally agree with you on everything you said. I think they had to take him out because he was Steven’s alibi. They can take out that plant evidence. I think they fabricated evidence and more. I mean look at the powerful men that were being deposed? It wasn’t just that they could lose money. They would’ve lost their jobs reputations everything! They weren’t going to let that happen, so I think they were watching him for a long time. He should’ve left until the civil suit was finished! Unfortunately his love for his parents keep him there, but if he had left for a while, he could’ve taken care of his family forever with $36 million. I think that maybe the Avery bill maybe part of it. I think it was a huge plan. That kept him engaged. I think they should be locked up and giving a lie detector test and questions and all kinds of things because I think each and everyone of them were involved you know the cop who wasn’t even supposed to be on the property but when he got there, the key magically turned up. He has a lot to do with the planting and cover-up. I guarantee it.

I have been in this industry for 26 years and I’ve seen stuff that would make your head spin false confessions, planted evidence corruption of the Ying Yang including prosecutors, judges, police! Yep it’s pretty interesting and you don’t think it’s possible? I think they took put his alibi. That fire that they talked about would not have burned a body because people don’t realize how hard it is to burn a body or to get rid of one. It is not simple. You have to be extremely intelligent to do that kind of stuff we’re talking serial killer mentality not Brendan Dassey and Steve Avery mentality. All the sophistication and all of this stuff that was done I guarantee is not those two individuals. But it does remind me of a few other people the men being deposed the officer involved, and I watched all of them lie, and when you tell one lie, then you have a lot more to lie about, believe me they’re all liars Steven is never lied he said I did I was not involved in this I believe that Desi got railroaded into a complete nonsensical story because he’s 16 years old plus he has a lower IQ so I don’t think you understand that either people that aren’t equipped to handle that kind of stress and don’t have the IQ to deal with. It are very different human beings. Think of it is like an autistic person being questioned there’s no way they could handle that and Brandon is basically Etchberger, so yeah he didn’t know how to even spell detective, yeah I don’t think these two unsophisticated individuals could’ve pulled any of this off I mean people are like whatever crusher why didn’t they crash the car? Yeah those are the things they didn’t know they could’ve done that but they didn’t have the car to crush it was put on their property. It’s called fabrication in planted evidence and it happens.

@@jennifermarshall4780 The fire: he wanted to have another fire Thur night but Barb wouldn't allow her kids to go because she saw Dassey's bleached jeans. The fire and Dassey was his alibi. Why didn't he use them? He didn't, in a fact, he completely distanced himself from the crime. He told the Detectives he was in his trailer by 9, that's when Jodi called but listen to the calls. He's spitting the entire time and he also asks where his pop is ... "Oh, it's in the golf kart." Why did he say he didn't have a fire that night? Why did he tell 3 people that Teresa didn't arrive? Why did he change his story so many times, for example, about Teresa being out there and about the cut on his hand? You're seeing what you want to see. The crusher? @Susan Solano An interrogation tactic used by detectives is to ask a suspect how they _think_ the crime in question happened. That way, if they happen to guess the way the victim was killed, it's regarded as "proof" of their guilt and, if they don't list the actual method, investigators can claim that the suspect "intentionally avoided" it. BUT, that’s NOT the case…& I have followed the most intimate details of this case for years, and there’s not a single doubt in my mind (amongst millions and millions of others) that Steven and Brendan are BOTH INNOCENT, & at the very least, both deserve retrials. I would say there’s 36 million $ and reputations and livelihoods of men that were in power who were being deposed and lying about so much during it! The corruption that we know of that took place. I mean I have no doubt that they used a 16 year old boy as a patsy who was a alibi, and they knew that he was a weak link, and they could get him to confess to burning down the white house if that had been the case. I mean come on. Look up the statistics of how many people have falsely confessed to a homicide, and then how many of them were men. 92% 💥 later many are exonerated some have never been exonerated and it’s disturbing. Our justice system is not perfect. Nothing is! I work in this field my husband is a criminal defense attorney. I know how it works. I’ve seen way too many things I’ve walked through crime scenes. There was no crime scene at the Avery trailer that was depicted in Dassey’s false story. However, during his trial Kratz continue to use that story even after he had told the press about it I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve never seen him go after someone so aggressively with appeals after it’s been over turned a couple of times and what they wanted I mean it’s just crazy And you have to look at that and go. It’s not about the answers, but the questions that we still need to be asking. Look at the photo they distributed of her and the RAV4 look at it closely. She’s taller than the vehicle. It’s completely ridiculous. That’s a big red flag right there. And I noticed the Kratts kept saying it’s bluish green greenish blue. What color is it dude come up with one he couldn’t because there were things going on in the background.

I'm not sure he's guilty of the 2nd murder for a few reasons. 1. The police, who announced they would have nothing to do with the investigation, not only decided to be involved but found every piece of crucial evidence. The bloody key that they somehow missed the first 2 searches even though it was in plain sight in his room 🙄. They had a lot of motive to set him up. 2. It sure the hell sounds like that deputy who found the car "on the Avery property," was reading that liscense plate days before it was actually found. 3. That Dassie kid was slow at best, and mentally retarded at worst. Every significant fact that "he" provided was fed to him by the police. He got actual details wrong until they corrected him and fed him the correct details. 4. There was a 2nd site that doesnt even get discussed in the case. 5. Aside from Dassie another witness recanted their testimony. 6. One of the star witnesses is actually a suspect with disturbing images on his computer that sure the hell sound like this crime. Could he have done it? Sure, he obviously could have done it but is it beyond a reasonable doubt if all that is factored in? Not by a long shot.

I dont want offend anyone, but only a person with a very IQ could believe Avery is innocent. The evidence against Avery is overwhelming, for him not to be responsible the poice would have had to kill Teresa and set Avery up. There was no motive, the 36 million law suit if in the unlikeable event it was successful,it would have been covered by insurance. No police office would have cared enough to set Avery up as they were not personally liable. Avery thought he could do what he wanted after been wrongly sentenced the previous occasion. He has a low IQ and is a sex offender, making a murderer is a well made, but fake documentary. They would have been better employed trying to get one of the many people really wrongly convicted, vindicated.

I don’t like “former” prosecutor Ken Kratz special prosecutor was also involved in this planting! The story that he told to the press about what Brendan Dassey supposedly did as truth was “untrustworthy” as heck! We have the mind of a kid who should’ve been with a lawyer! He should’ve asked for a lawyer! He didn’t no he could he didn’t understand his Miranda rights he couldn’t even spell detective! They also had already questioned him multiple times prior to that day. That whole interrogation was awful no, they weren’t yelling at him or threatening him, but it was a mind scramble! She was never in the trailer. There’s no evidence of that if she had been stabbed and had a slit throat shot not 1 but 10 times whete is the blood? None was found ever not even with a clean up, which it wasn’t clean Luminol or the even more powerful stuff. They have now ext there would be so much forensic evidence. Nothing came of that, including the gun or the bullet. That was supposedly the one that went through her head! I don’t think he actually understood he was Avery‘s alibi so to get one out you need to get the other out of the way. Weaker link! Bye! I think it was a complete set up in every way by poweful men with a ton to lose! 36$ million reasons and all of the men that were being deposed were powerful men go figure. I’ve seen so many people falsely confess to XYZ under pressure if you look at the statistics, how many of them do it how many of them are men? It’s incredible There was not great forensic evidence. The forensic evidence in the RAV4 is so unreasonable. I mean come on in the picture of her that they kept distributing of her in front of the RAV4 with her camera is completely off. She’s taller than the SUV. I guarantee in real life she’s not taller than a her SUV. Red flag! Plus 1 man being deposed had his own salvage yard and a dealship! I was wondering why they wouldn’t get the color right! Kratz kept saying greenish blue or green, blue OK I get it now because I think it was a different car all together. He could’ve gotten the same RAV4 and planted it. That’s why they kept monkeying around with the color of it. Those people knew how to put this together, including Vin numbers! I’ve seen it done. I worked at a huge public auction and a dealership! Why in the hell would he just take it in the back and not cover it up? Why not crush it! The fire no way! Seriously someone put it on the property and they made him leave. Bam everything’s found. He’s so much deeply in debt to these powerful men. 36 million they were being deposed in the civil lawsuit against him. Of course they’re going to get his alibi out-of-the-way which was Dassey so they could keep doing what they were doing. Ken just ugh! Omg! How did people not see this! 36 million reasons to have some of the most powerful men do things unthinkable and then do something to save their careers livelihoods reputations! Powerful men being deposed, and nobody thought this could happen. I wish Avery had left during all of that and came back after he won. I think it’s incredibly sad that he careed so much about his family he was being deceived! This included the Avery bill! I don’t believe the Avery’s or Dassey’s family had anything to do with her murder! I guarantee I’m not far off. I think all those men should be talked to and get lie detector tests done ext! That will never happen. The liar beat cop no power. Now he has all the power. He is something special for doing something horrific. Watching him lie on the stand, watching him lie in the deposition. I don’t see how people don’t understand what this is all about? It’s corruption and they couldn’t lose They all got together and come up with this. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were watching Avery for a very long time and took her because they had to. That is my take on the story?

There's no way for me to know whether Steven Avery really killed Teresa Halbach. The case was handled poorly. That's not to say he didn't do it. He had a history of criminal activity, but that doesn't mean that he did this crime. It doesn't mean that he is a model person, either, even if he didn't do it. There are a lot of inmates who like to be difficult and try to make your day as stressful as possible. I can say that Mr Avery is not a trouble maker in prison. He is compliant, polite, friendly, and charismatic. You don't need to tell me he's putting up a front. I've been in this business for 18 years, and you don't survive that long in this career field by being easily manipulated by inmates. No one is getting drugs or cellphones from me. I also won't let you get away with things just because you're a kiss ass. Guilty or innocent, it does help when an inmate follows the rules and doesn't have a constant chip on their shoulder. A lot of inmates are anti authority/anti police/anti establishment. Even though I'm technically not a police officer, for most inmates there is no difference. I find it amusing that he was signing autographs for other inmates, though, as the documentary somehow aired in prison. The guy knows he's a minor celebrity, even if it's for all the wrong things. Lol Me personally? I couldn't get past the first couple of episodes of his documentary. Lol

IMO Steven Avery and Brendon Dassey are innocent. Every piece of evidence is either suspicious or has an alternative scenario. The Rav4 could have been placed on ASY by others. The electronics in the burn barrel could have been placed by others. The key in his trailer was a spare key and had to be placed by others. The bones were a mess. Teresas DNA was not a perfect match to her mother. The bullet in the garage could have been placed by others. Averys blood in the Rav could have been placed by others. Its 1985 all over again. Griesbach felt the pressure from his legal eagle piers, turn coated avery and colborn for that matter. The setup is obvious. Kocourek and Vogels followers had abt 8 million reasons to convict Steven. The truth will be exposed. Those responsible will fall.

There's even more evidence against Avery than there is in the Scott Peterson and Barry Morphew investigations, just to name a few. The biggest evidence against Avery is: The RAV found on his property with both his and Teresa's blood in multiple places within. Her remains found in his burn pit and burn barrels, along with her electronic devices. Bullets found in his garage, one of which had Teresa's DNA on it and was ballistically matched to the. 22 caliber rifle that hung above his bed. A luminol reactant spot in the garage near the mower Dassey claimed her body was by. The key to Teresa's vehicle which was discovered in his trailer (not after 7 searches but 7 entries - a very common misconception). 1st entry was a body check only and before they found the RAV, 2nd was for a PC serial number and the auto trader book, 3rd was for the rifle, etc etc until the 7th entry which was for a thorough search of the bedroom. Then there's the circumstantial evidence against him: The *67 calls to her phone before arrival + non *67 call after. Him taking off work that day and not returning which even according to him he never did. His property being the last stop she made that day on her photo shoots, as well as being her last known location and him being the last known person to see her. And the anecdotal evidence against him: Bobby testifying he saw her with him the day of the crime. Robert Fabian testifying he saw Avery burning things in the barrel they later found her electronics. The auto trader woman who says Teresa mentioned the creepy behavior of Avery to.

its a no win situation, to work in law enforcement you need ego and entitlement. these things also mean you cant stand to be wrong, which makes you terrible at being fair in judgement. Avery had no chance. They needed to be right and the state didnt want to pay out. Land of the free? biggest joke ever.

That's not fair though, she was so traumatised by the attack she put her faith in LE. What had she to gain by picking the wrong man?? Any victim of a crime especially as brutal as this would surely want the correct person in prison!!

@@Douglas_Hamilton they don't look alike at all..also Vogel and Tom knew that anyway..Vogel had meetings in his office with Allen.. everyone in his office knew Allen visited DA Vogel in his office..they even had a codename for him throughout the police dept ..they called him sandman.. penny and another detective went to sheriff tom to say she didn't think it was Steven ... sheriff said to the victim ..nah your wrong we got the right guy..imagine eh telling the victim she's wrong ..Allen went on to harass and attack women for years ...he is even a suspect in a 15yr old girls murder...

@@darksideofthemoon2348 That's why I think Penny is partly guilty. Especially when she claimed she memorized his face. How on Earth could she be so wrong? When it comes to Avery's guilt regarding Halbach, yes I think he did it. He is a very dangerous man and a rapist and 18 yrs behind bars can make everybody a murderer. He was nice and forgiving to Penny when he was exonerated but we know nothing what was going on in his mind after that. I know you have a different opinion and I respect that. But looking at the evidence I think the jury got it right. He lured her there, she was evidently murdered there and then burned in his fire pit near his home. It is an impossibility that he didn't either kill her or participated in the murder. The whole conspiracy theory that the police, DA, government etc. planted evidence makes no sense as his wrongful conviction case was already settled to $400K. Anyway, if he's innocent I hope Kathleen Zellner finds the evidence that will exonerate him.

@@Douglas_Hamilton yeah I agree with you about Penny..hate to say it but it's true.. she knew in her heart it wasn't Steven..why else would she go to sheriff tom with a detective to say I think we got wrong guy..that's just before the trial and she still sat in court and lied..she did not talk on mam but yet she talked in other shows.. You say Steven is a rapist but he didn't do the 85 rape..also did you know Allen has never been charged either for that attack on penny ..not everyone that was wrongfully convicted gets out to murder again .. Steven was just happy to be free .. I respect your opinion too but I think the jury don't always get it right .look at OJ Simpson and Casey Anthony ..the jury thought them innocent and we all know they got it wrong.. I find it strange that the state said he lured her there..she was the only photographer for auto trader in that area..she had been to the yard bout 10 times before.. autotrader gave her barbas name and address so she knew it was on Avery road ..kratz states she never left the property..yet her cell pings show she had left ..then we have gahn and Fallon giving bones back to the halbachs after kz was told she could test them ..they broke their own law..I do not think the cops killed her at all.. though some do..but I can't see them doing that.. Steven had to settle for £400k to pay Gerry and Dean..that's why he accepted.. 36million was nothing really.. but if Vogel and Tom were deposed and caught out lying ..every case they worked on would be re-examined...imagine how many others would sue for wrongful convictions.. thanks for replying back . Hope you check out the foul play channel if you would like to know more bout this case..I will keep an eye out for you if you ever pop in 😊 take care and have a good night ❤️🙏🖖

To anyone who thinks Steven Avery is innocent…you are aware that he poured gasoline on his cat and set it on fire right? He was convicted of this and he has readily admitted this. Cruelty to animals is one of the hallmarks of a psychopath. A lot of serial killers got their start torturing and killing animals. It’s not that big of a leap to picture him graduating to killing a person. I have no sympathy to anyone who harms children and animals.
