While watching this I searched separately for this case. So sad he passed away at such a young age. His best friend in jail was another man proven to be innocent. HOW MANY INNOCENT PEOPLE ARE IN JAIL?????!!! Thank you real police and lawyers doing proper due diligence and thank you Innocent Project!

Anyone who was involved in his imprisonment should have gone to prison for framing him

Justice has not been served. All those who willfully kept Frank in jail need to be prosecuted, disbarred, fined and also serve time.

This is so sad, that innocent man is the biggest victim here out of them all even the murdered ones. Because ge suffered 18 years for nothing 😪😪😪😪

"But in the end it was that same very system that acknowledged its mistake" Really??? That innocent poor man spent 18 years in jail and prosecution won't admit their mistakes. Wth is that. I hope he sued them and got some justice. And that rubbing of his shoulders was mind blowing!! An A class investigation hahaha

That poor man. I hope he was compensated for all the years he spent being incarcerated, unjustly. Those cops should be charged also. This was not a pursuit of justice, it was a pursuit to close the case, at any cost.

They should also be sued by the family of that little girl. Their obsession with the wrong man contributed to the right man being free to kidnap and kill their daughter.

Some years ago a man was released from prison after serving 35 years for a murder he didn’t commit. The prosecution had proof that he was 100s of miles away in another state. However they kept that particular piece of information to themselves.

"There was a great police investigation.." Bullshit. Incompetence led to an innocent man being jailed for 18 years.. Where's his compensation.. Who's gonna give him back those lost years. 😏👎

I do not belive in the method of convicting with a jury. People should not judge other people if they are not train in criminology. I think that this is an antiquated method.

This program seems to be intended to show the absurdity of the legal system in a noticeable way. The prosecutor is usually funny with her arguments. I wonder how much they had to pay her to embarrass themselves and the law. All the cases she won, maybe also thanks to such "reliable" work and scheming, and the rest is settlements? :)PS same extras, 26 hammer strikes...and a witness saying "he was scared"- yep I was scared by the look of this friend, like "What Ever Happened to Baby Jane"?

a lot of innocent people are in Jail. I really hope this guy got a multi-Million Dollar payout, but going on what was said at the end about how "Frank does hold any grudges", he may not have sued the state for wrongful imprisonment. So many people falsely confess because they literally are torturing you, and what do you do when you get tortured, most of us will say anything to make it stop!. Its un-believable that the District Attorney refused to order the testing of the REAL KILLER compared to FRANK, i mean why? it makes no sense. its a lot cheaper to do a test than to keep an innocent man locked up in Prison for life. I guess they just never want to admit they are wrong, and they actually DIDNDT in this case. This brings me to Steven Avery, I'm completely convinced that he is innocent. I mean, its quite obvious. What you do guys think?

There are far to many stories like this in America. And because the inept judicial system continues to go unchecked it happens more and more....as the erroneous and lazy detectives, lawyers and judges enjoy a free hand with the lives of others.
