Definitely tell young people just starting out to thrift their dishes pots and pans and utensils to at thrift stores. My husband and I thrifted a beautiful set of china that we eat on every day

I made a shamrock ceramic plate back in the 80’s for my grandmother. She has been gone since 1994 but I still have it! And I have that F&F stork mug in my shop. That store is stocked!! Thanks for taking us along ❤️

What fun shopping at the Goodwill. When you were looking at the elephant there was a little wooden plaque that had a saying" Life is a collection of moments ". So precious. The wedding cake topper looks rather like Elvis and Pricilla! 😁 Alaska will be amazing . A bucket list destination for me. The Indigenous motif on the water bottle could be Haida. They are located on the west coast of Canada, although there are many other nations too. Yes, check the clear glass section. I recently found Ittala Finland in the Flora pattern.

You passed by a yellow/amber federal dish near the egg cups. Was so hoping you'd pick it up so I'd have a chance to buy it from you. I use them in my craft business. Have a ton of clear, always looking for the colors

I look at the clear glass. I found a really nice vintage swiss small vase. I could tell it was quality by the top where the glass was cut and the weight. It has a slight surface scratch on it, but that goes to the back. I looked them up, and they were pricey compared to the 1.00 i got it for !
