First time I had wasabi I was in California. I thought it was avocado and put a huge glob of wasabi on my sushi, and put it in my mouth. Ever felt like someone hit you in the head with a baseball bat? Every pore in my body opened up. Instant cleansing! 😨 Keep the great videos coming!

Bob Bush lmao. I had a similar situation but with mixing up the salt shaker with the parmesian shaker. When i was younger, i accidently poured a ton of salt on my pizza when i thought it was parmesian. And i took a bite out of it 😨

The new noodle everyone is talking about isnt actually x4 hot. It's called hot chicken Mala flavored in a purple packaging. It's lower down on the heat scale than even the original hot chicken if I'm not mistaken. It's just a different numbing heat. I guess something got lost in translation.

Im not sure if Ive seen any scale? I tried to look for it but couldnt. The package didnt say. But just based on taste, i thought they were a little bit spicier than the original fire noodles. But most definitely not spicier than the 2x. I actually think they’re really good 😊

I so love wasabi paste, that quick flash burn really is addicting! Another factor I appreciate about it is that once you've familiarized yourself with the spice then it is super easy to tell exactly how much you want. I enjoy chillies but they are less consistent and the building, lingering type of heat isn't always desirable. After that initial "How d'ya do" I'd say it's even kind of tough to *accidentally* screw yourself over with wasabi. 😆

Japan grows and or has others raise wasabi in Vietnam. It's a it's a rhizome. It's not a root like horseradish. I just wish you could get fresh wasabi in the United States. Definitely one of the things I miss from Japan.

If you have a Japanese market near you there will probably be fresh wasabi. The one near me has it. It's extremely expensive, so I've never gotten around to buying it.

Children singing is great, obviously they aren’t the best singers but they put a lot of emotion and joy into their singing. My sister’s school is an art school (I used to go there elementary/middle school) and every year the elementary kids preform and it’s the cutest thing ever. My sister never smiles or dancing with everyone else though. She always looks to bored.
