Sir, क्या कोई IO जिस अभियुक्त का 161 का ब्यान ले रहा है उससे उसकी handwriting देने को बाध्य कर सकता है, जब कि उसकी anticipatory bail pending हैं और उसे interim bail मिली हो l इसके लिए अगर कोई landmark judgement हो तो वो भी plz बता दे l धन्यवाद l
