This snot made my hair so dry and flaky and I used the whole Creme of Nature line 🤦🏾‍♀️. The snot is not good for wash n go's in my opinion…I've had more success using it for puffs and to lay my edges.

I actually love this product! I think it’s great for kinky hair, because it’s so thick/sticky it really tames, defines, and gives shine. ‼️‼️‼️FYI!!! You need to use it on dry hair or slightly damp hair. It doesn’t adhere very well to wet hair. ♥️♥️♥️

What I do is use gorilla snot (purple kind). It give me really good curl definition and has a way more thicker density than eco styler as well. But it does not "clump" in my hand like your snot did. I also use it as my edge control! It works wonderfully! And it dries supper quick! A must try!

It may be good for a sleek ponytail or bun or mohawk. Something that won't have a lot of movement to cause the cast to break up.

The gorilla snot gel will most definitely give u the most defined curls but you can not keep it after 2 days it gets messy and has you're hair looking tacky.

I keep saying this but this is not a product for a wash and go !! I love this it's amazing for TWIST OUTS ! For example the finishing product after the loc method for a twist out bout to use it right now lol ! I get a bomb twist out everytime in about 2 hours ❤❤❤

I can recommend that after almost a week of using the product in my hair. Using the creme of nature snot with the creme of nature coconut milk leave in I have not witnessed any flaking only that it feels soft yet hard.

I just started using the gorilla snot. I avoided it for a long time because I thought that it would be drying to my hair. It is now my go to and personally is better to my hair than eco styler. I use it for wash and go and also to slick my hair down into a bun. I make sure to add a good moisturizer before and an oil on top after applying the gel for a wash and go. It literally is a true wash and go, I apply all products while in the shower and I don't have to apply in small sections.

I've been told that you should use the curl activator crème with the snot and you would get better results. I have both but haven't tried it yet. Your hair looks great not as defined but still good!!

honestly it depends on what you use with the gel i used it for a wash & go & got great results no flakes it was a little hard when it dried but i don’t mind the gel cast it makes my wash & go last longer

The snot is really good for maximum hold if you're gonna do one style for a couple of days but I wouldn't dare to put it all over my hair for a wash and go, too crunchy for my liking

You can't use too much. A dime sized amount is all you need for each section and I do for sections. I also use it with the new curl activator creme from the same brand

I hated the gel for my wash and go. It left HUGE chunks of flakes in my hair. I read the container, and they recommended the product it for twist outs. I will probably try it on a twist out before I give up on it. Your hair has looked much better with other products.

This does look exactly like Gorilla Snot (color & consistency) which is excellent for gluing lace fronts and laying edges but I find that by the end of the day it gets gummy and flakes. I love the definition Eco Styler gels gives my curls.

I watched your skincare videos and was curious about your hair care as I am Caucasian. I cannot believe all of the product you have to put in! I am amazed that after all of that stuff your hair isn’t greasy. You hair is gorgeous but a ton of work. I will not be gripping about how long my daily wash and blow dry and flat iron takes. Sometimes it's not the product itself that gives you the flakes but the combination of products you used together that's not working and is creating those flakes. I agree on not trying it again tho. If you already have you're staples, you're set. Love your hair tho Chica ❤️

xxpurplegirl xx hair always grows it's about retaining the length that you already have to actually see the growth ! Make sure your ends are always moisturized and do things to prevent breakage ! And of course scalp massages with your favorite oils ! Things like that ! Good luck !

xxpurplegirl xx so the other 2 ppl in the comments said use oils so if you do choose to use oil then go with Jamaican black castor oil. Massage it into your scalp and it really helps with growth. also incorporate into the loc method.
