So happy that I came across this clip, I’m a Seventh Day Adventist from Kenya 🇰🇪. Indeed there’s power in keeping the sabbath, such a restful moment for man to connect with the creator. And to be rejuvenated for yet another week. Sabbath (Saturday) the only blessed day that our loving God emphasized that we should REMEMBER.
@giftsamongthings99829 ай бұрын
Sis I just got a new found respect for you that you observe the Sabbath and actually spoke about it. APTTMH ❤❤❤❤ I pray that you get a new found understanding of who you are in the Bible too. I love you so much more talking about the Sabbath! I'm an SDA so I know the Sabbath was made for man and not man for the Sabbath. Rest for mommas and wives are so important because it not only alleviates stress but it also helps you stay in tune with and be present for your family and a closer relationship with God. ❤ I always start my Sabbaths on Fridays before sunset with my wash day routine to prepare myself for church that day. I always feel so much more relaxed and ironically enough I always get compliments and questions about my curly hair routine and the products I use. God always blesses sis!

Shalom sister, this is something I have been doing since 2018, when I rededicated my life to the Creator. It is always important to do what the Father has commanded us to do, especially being a Jew, a Hebrew Israelite. He also told the Gentiles to do the same. All that follow Christ, are supposed to keep the Sabbath, from Friday sunset to Saturday sunset. I love these talks you are doing.

Heyyyy Sis! I just found this video . I was pleasantly surprised to hear you speak on the Sabbath. It was amazing! I’m a seventh Day Adventist (SDA) Christian. My Sabbath preparation includes, preparing meals and clothing on Friday. The week goes by so quickly and if you’re not intentional/purposeful , you will be soooo tired at the end of the week and potentially unprepared to meet the Sabbath. Clothes can easily be ironed etc early in the week. Sometimes on Thursday I have a portion of the Sabbath meal prepared ahead and placed in fridge /freezer and heat it in the oven when ready. Again Sis, enjoyed your chat and all of your hair care tips!

Saturday I watch a Messianic service online, pray, study and seek The Lord, and rest. It’s the best day of the week because God hallowed it as an appointed day each week to meet with Him and rest in Him.

I am a Jew, 2 yrs natural and have been watching your KZbin channel for a couple of months. This video is quite timely!! Indeed, Shabbat was given to Bnai Israel as a sign of the Covenant between us and HaShem (Hebrew: The Name) as soon as we left Egypt. As a Jew, I observe Shabbat as a day of complete rest as commanded by HaShem. You are correct, it should be acknowledged as the 7th day of creation by non-Jews as well!! 🙂 For Jews, we guard and keep Shabbat as Hashem commanded us to do because we are commanded to be Holy (set apart) as He is Holy. So we’ve been guarding/keeping/observing/resting on Shabbat for nearly 4,000 yrs!! It can actually be a bit challenging to set everything aside (eg, electronics!) and truly just…REST…from Friday at Sunset until Saturday after dark. But, we love it!! Shabbat is Beautiful! May we all enjoy the GOODNESS OF G-D and REST ON SHABBAT. 🥰✡️

Thank you for the wonderful explanation of the History of Shabbat. Indeed it is a principle for all to observe. This world is set up to keep us from it. We Christians refer to the world's system and place of distraction Babylon. It intertwines with our lives to distract us from Hashem. Blessings to you sis.
@TracyD29 ай бұрын
@@CurlyProverbz I wonder why the world of Babylon is set up to keep us from enlightenment (or whatever one wants to call it) Who is in charge of this and what do they think to gain in the long run or they don’t care about the long run? I hope the young have a higher consciousness than us and will wipe this darkness from the earth. So we can have the heaven on earth that was promised. And so it is and shall be.

Hi there im making one of your hair treatments. I want to know how long do I double boil with oil in order to make powerful oil? Afterwards how many days or weeks do I let it ferment? Im using fenugreeks seeds, alma powder, neem powder, aloe vera powder, brahami powder, avocado soak in avocado oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, Jamaica black castor, rosemary mix oil that includes apriot oil, argan oil, rosehip, rosemary, grapeseed oil and vitamin E. How many days after the double boil method do I let ot sit to produce hair oil? Double oil how many minutes do I it it boil? Most important after all is said and done how long can I use this oil in my hair? Im coming from a shave bald head who currently let it grow back. This is my second to third month so not much hair has grown. Thank you for reading this trying to get a understanding.

@justoneuser9 ай бұрын
Great video! Fun fact (since the video started with talking about The Lord , yay!) Jesus did actually keep the Sabbath and the feasts days that God set up in Leviticus 23. Also (I found this interesting because I enjoy history), back in the time of Jesus/Yeshua the Sabbath started at sundown on Friday and ended sundown on Saturday (because in Genesis it says that the sun would set and that would end the day). It was only when the Romans started taking over that they changed the day of worship to Sunday because they worshipped the ‘sun god’ and created the Gregorian calendar (that we now follow). Then they put Jesus ‘on top of’ how they worship and thus created Catholicism. Then, they persecuted followers of Jesus/Yeshua in order to force them to change their day of worship and celebrate THEIR holidays. History is really fascinating - I highly recommend people diving into it more ! On a different note, I’m actually using the Amla masque now and I really hope it strengthens my hair! Definitely focused on growth this year 🤗🤗🤗 *UPDATE* I used the masque ONCE and my hair immediately after rinsing felt stronger and once it completely dried (the next day) it was soft and fluffy and my Mom even said it looked healthy as it did before I damaged and did way too much to my hair! So excited to see the long term effects of using the Amla masque!!!

My Husband observed the Sabbath on Saturdays for years. He would prepare his meals on Friday before sundown and would not do anything until Sundown on Saturday. He would completely rest. It was recently he read in scripture that as followers of Jesus, God does n t expect us to live by Israel's laws. However, the wisdom of these laws remains, and the law of the Sabbath is rich with significance for us today. Sabbath is not a commandment we are bound to; its a promise we are invited to enjoy. It was refreshing to watch your view this morning. It is so good to see other Christians observe God's laws in todays time. Do you observe the holiday's? Christmas, Easter , Valentines Day? Be Blessed! ** PS your hair video's has changed by hair life :)

The Sabbath was part of the Mosaic Law Code. Jesus as the promised Messiah became "Lord of the Sabbath " meaning that true Christians were no longer obligated to keep the Mosaic Law Code including Sabbath Keeping (Col 2:14; Matt 12:8;Luke 6:5;Mark 2:28;Neh 13:22 Ex 31:15 The ancient Israelites were obligated to observe ALL of the Mosaic Law Code. The ancient Jews were under the Mosaic Law Code as well. Jesus "set the pattern for" true Christians to observe the new Law of Love(Matt 22:37-39;John13:15). Thanks for sharing 👍🏾 😊 (Note: Those who adhere to Sabbath Keeping put themselves under obligation to observe all of the over 600 laws of the Mosaic Law Code which the Sabbath is part of)

Hello glad you talk about that it's so unusual . I have been practicing the Sabbath all of my life I've been raised a 7th day Adventist and that mean to keep it holly and rest from your everyday activities I will not work on that day or go for grocery shopping or any shopping or cook. I will cook my meal for satuday on Friday before sunset.. it's a day of rest but it doesn't mean you stay home I do nothing . We go to church usually start at 10 am to about 12h45 -1pm we sometime have afternoon programs for about 2 hours . After the service when you back home you heat up the meal yes you can heat up your meal you can prepare your salad and then afterward you clean up. And after lunch we having a wee nap but Even if you at home it's the perfect time to forget about the worries of the week and spend time in meditation and pray read the bible . My friend invite me at a BBQ but I had to decline cause it was on Saturday. but of cause no dody it's force to do anything if you have a good relationship with God it will come to you naturally you will know how to live your faith what is appropriate to do on the Sabbath and what is not. Simple example if you sick all day on the Friday couldn't do anything and you wake up Saturday you have nothing for lunch there will be nothing wrong to cook something to eat or to go buy a sandwich. But yes I like have this day in my week it's such a blessing ❤
@alivebygrace38209 ай бұрын
This is one of the paradox, it is only by revelation that one can fully understand that scripture. For our Jewish brethren yes it applies to them, it will until the Word of truth returns to them and their eyes are open when they accept that Christ is indeed the same Messiah, for us the gentile Christians neither Saturday nor Sunday is our rest (sabbath day), but the Lord Jesus Christ himself is our rest meaning our Sabbath. As for going to church on Sunday, we do so honoring the resurrection of Christ which took place on Sunday. So observing Saturday as a sabbath day is not applicable. if you want a body rest by all means take a rest. Read Hebrews 4:3 - 11KJV I trust i have explained well. i am more than happy to take you through scriptures to show you.
