You definitely should count your incoming stock! 10% over/under is industry standard, though it could vary by supplier. I would check if that's on any quotes you've received. If you don't get formal quote forms with terms, it's something to ask about in future. Also, if you ask your supplier for no quantity variance, they might comply in future.

I also bought the Arrtx markers, if you keep them horizontally for long the tip starts drying out, you have to put it back into the case upside down and wait a little to get it juicy again.

I liked the first mushrooms. They’re neat. Some mushrooms also have vertical lines coming from the center at the top, so that could look neat; depending on the mushroom. They should really reprint those two washi and at no cost to you. It’s a reprint so it should be same quality as before. I hope they make that right for you.

I’d honestly attempt a fresh install of windows using a usb drive for that shipping pc, esp because it’s so vital to your shop ! It’s a pretty easy process and there’s many yt vids on how to, it should fix your issues. 🧡

@@BayleeJae I’m not sure if you’re able to get to the “partitions / allocated space” page on the fresh install but you may need to complete delete those partitions (this will delete all your data so make sure to backup anything important if you’re able to) To get to the “Partitions page” when windows asks you which type of installation you want, you want to select custom (not upgrade) Delete all of those partitions until you’re left with only “unallocated space” and install windows on that drive. Again, this will have to be done using a USB drive with windows on it and you’ll have to boot from that usb drive to install. I hope this is helpful in some way Bay !

Have you set a calendar reminder on your registration and insurance? I do that with all the bills and website renewals just to ensure I remember and don’t rely on their possible email notification. For some I set multiple reminders.

Why don't you start using barcodes for your products? You don't have to add them to the products just create one for each product and stick it on card stock and scan it each time you sell that product. It's a great way to keep track of stock levels.

Several years ago I was waiting for an order of cards and the tracking said they were at the “local” shipping place, even called. We drove the umpteen miles there late in the afternoon and they couldn’t find the package. The lady informed us that it must have been “Phantom Tracking” which is basically a predetermined estimate of where it should be not where it has been or is. that is not scanning and tracking. The concept is incredibly dumb. The whole point of tracking is to accurately document… a.k.a. TRACK… where the package has been and has been scanned. Whoever thought of the system has created a lot of hassle and frustration. “Let’s have a tracking system that says where we think a package should be instead of where it actually is” sounds like the person should’ve been told to sit down at the meeting.
