Wow lovely- do you know how many plots it’s sitting on please? I think you overlooked the apartments behind the container apartments. The owner really maximised the land. They have 4,3,2,1 floors of apartments on the same land size. Well done for showcasing Kumasi!!

Beautiful houses but most of the developments I’m seeing in Kumasi are concrete jungles, all the compounds are tiled leaving no spaces for greens. Maybe they have their reasons but that’s a big problem.
