As a runner who is training for a marathon, these foam rollers kzbin.infoUgkx9XSsjzA4f84VmhBCHlyhec7XILIxennL are really good for sore and tight muscles. This one is a good size (mine is the purple, 36 inches) not too big but big enough to work and roll both my legs at the same time - I took a photo holding the roller next to me just to provide a better representation of its size. I noticed some reviewers who complained that this is, “just a foam noodle”… and yes, that’s exactly what it is. It’s a high density foam roller. It is absolutely NOT the same consistency/strength/durability/ or texture as a ‘pool noodle’ thought and I disagree entirely with those that say so. As a former collegiate athlete and marathon runner, I’m comfortably giving this roller 5 stars. It’s lightweight and durable and does just what I need it to do at a budget-friendly price. Overall, I have no complaints and am happy with it!

@josecesaraquinosanchez11702 жыл бұрын
I had a disc bulge L5-S1. I did conservative care. Physical therapy, chiropractor, disc traction sessions at the chiropractor. Finally couldn’t handle it. I got an Epidural Steroid injection. It helped so much, the injection specialist recommended this Chiro wheel. So that it can help with disc space and getting back to normal. I also bought a lumbar back brace. I don’t wear that as much anymore. Lower back pain no longer an issue, though stretching and healthy work out plan and diet helps reduce my pain on my lower back. Less weight and pressure on my lower back.

It had all kinds of interesting things, like a bar you can reach around to get a knot out of your back, and 2balls with a rod in the center joining them, and you roll on it. @@wayermane5069 I used to crack my back on a foam roller, counter, bedframe, whatever was the right height to get the kinks out. NONE are as effective as this wheel, which evenly stretches the muscles surrounding the spine the entire length (which stretches the belly of the muscle in order to release spasm) I could never achieve that with the bar, foam roller, or other apparatus Ive tried. Instead of cracking just the ones you know of, the wheel reaches deeper more even stretch and correct alignment. As you age, the spine stiffens which makes other methods slightly dangerous, can ealisy over stretch one level, or move wrong and rupture a bulging disc by putting improper pressure at the wrong place. It offers new height control for foam rollers plus you can grab hand grips on the wheels for extra control on stretches. It’s an invention that shoulda been around decades ago. Keep your foam roller clean on any surface outdoors / adds non slip tread and better stability. So many advantages. It even makes tread roll slower and extends length of back stretch by double start to finish based on physics of larger wheel on smaller diameter roller. Prevents shirt from getting caught under. Plus offers full body training and band mounts. I’d be down to send you 1 to review. Been tryin to license 4 yrs and every brand refuses it so I started making kits to sell online. I suppose the two larger ones might come in handy if I had a really sore back or something and wanted to stretch things out more gently. The bigger wheels allow for more of a stretch on your spine because there's more or a radius for you to drape yourself over where the small one's all about deep tissue. The small one is also better for adjusting (cracking) my back which ALWAYS feels sooo good. Hope this helps.
