I am a massage therapist and veteran I went to school and studied under multiple professional massage therapists as well as chiropractors and I've done a lot research into exercise healthy eating muscles list goes on . Point I'm trying to make from a chiropractors and massage therapists point of view as u stated that object moves ur bones which move ur muscles it fixes ur spine but since ur normally not in good spine shape it moves them which will cause sore ones the more u do and more strain u put on it more soreness u will have use heat and ice to help soothe it. But it's normal ur fine if ur family would have done more they would have been sore too. I would love u to do a video teaching people about burpee the exercise everyone loves to dislike

Hey man, just the fact that you realize this makes you the type of person people want in their life. It’s like that show “Antique Road Show” where someone finds a lamp in the trash and it turns out it’s worth $10K. If there was a bag with 10K in cash in the garbage, everyone and their mom knows it’s value, but you want to have people who can recognize the value of the lamp.

@j.henderson5263 жыл бұрын
The pain after the first use is most likely because it's realigning your spine, and your spine and the muscles around it aren't used to being aligned like that. If you have had a chiropractic adjustment, this is kind of like a small version of the pain you feel after the adjustment. They say that you need to let your back rest after the first couple of uses, because like you said, its like doing a back workout if your a beginner.

I have one and, personally, I really like it. HOWEVER, most of us viewers on this channel are into bettering ourselves and becoming less dependent on everything except ourselves (at least I am), and when I use the chirp wheel I feel great and looser but then the next day rolls around and I almost feel stiffer ( personally, never really sore) than when I hadn't been using it for a while. That's where I question it because I just don't want to be dependent on it to be at peak performance. That's my thoughts, maybe if you read this hamptom an upcoming vid can be a mobility/flexibility based routine for getting your blood flowing just in general whether before a workout or whenever. Anyways, great vid keep up the great work!
