I am a massage therapist and veteran I went to school and studied under multiple professional massage therapists as well as chiropractors and I've done a lot research into exercise healthy eating muscles list goes on . Point I'm trying to make from a chiropractors and massage therapists point of view as u stated that object moves ur bones which move ur muscles it fixes ur spine but since ur normally not in good spine shape it moves them which will cause sore ones the more u do and more strain u put on it more soreness u will have use heat and ice to help soothe it. But it's normal ur fine if ur family would have done more they would have been sore too. I would love u to do a video teaching people about burpee the exercise everyone loves to dislike

Hey man, just the fact that you realize this makes you the type of person people want in their life. It’s like that show “Antique Road Show” where someone finds a lamp in the trash and it turns out it’s worth $10K. If there was a bag with 10K in cash in the garbage, everyone and their mom knows it’s value, but you want to have people who can recognize the value of the lamp.

DUDE! I have this product, the three different size wheels. I’ve struggled with back pain from a stress fracture that happened back 3 years back. The chirp wheels are incredible. It allows me to target tense/tight parts of my back and stretches out the rest of the back and spine along the way. 10/10 would recommend.

The pain after the first use is most likely because it's realigning your spine, and your spine and the muscles around it aren't used to being aligned like that. If you have had a chiropractic adjustment, this is kind of like a small version of the pain you feel after the adjustment. They say that you need to let your back rest after the first couple of uses, because like you said, its like doing a back workout if your a beginner.

I’ve never been sore from using it. I bought the 3 pack and mostly use the larger one. The smaller ones are “more advanced”. But yea I like it. I get pain in my rhomboids and it massages them. I use it for a couple mins 2-3x per week. Maybe I would use it more if I wasn’t so lazy. I think using it real heavily and then working out is what caused Hampton’s back pain/soreness. Overall I would recommend.

Chirp wheel is essentially a tool to help you get thoracic extension (and I guess abduction?) which is what people need after spending so much time on the computer or phone. I think you should do more of these informal and casual reviews. Don't feel like you need to assign numbers, a binary yes or no for target demographic is all we need!

I have the chirp wheels and they work well. I use them in combination with regular chiropactic visits. It felt really akward the first time but you get used to it. I've found it helps my alignment be better the next chiro visit than it used to be.

Awesome! I was on the fence about buying this because it seemed pricey, but I have confidence in Hampton's word, and am really happy to have this video. Hope for less back pain after this purchase, thanks Hampton! Have a great day

Hi Hampton (I think thats how you spell it) I dont know if youve already made a video like this but I was wondering if you could make a video about overcoming mental blocks and fears. Ive been struggling really bad with going upside down for a backflip or back handspring. Thanks for your videos :)

I have these. I got them through my FSA store. I use the medium size one pretty exclusively. It’s nice for a post workout stretch. I’ve never experienced any pain. I find it relaxing, but not life changing or anything.

I bought this about a month ago. It has relieved my upper back pain (I was shocked). And since I like to roll at night as part of my night routine, I wake up feeling limber. So, 10/10 from me.

I am having a bad flare up rn with my sciatic pain. I used all the wheels and it took the pain level down. But you have to push through the first initial shock of pain. But when you push through it helps.

Hi Hampton, do you have any tips on achieving splits? Anyway thanks for making my day beautiful, keep up the good work ❤️
@HybridCalisthenics
@HybridCalisthenics 3 жыл бұрын
Frequently practice is needed, in my opinion! Don't try to lower yourself into them. Start on the floor with your legs in front of you and try to pull your way into the splits. Take your time and don't push too hard. Injury delays progress

I have one and, personally, I really like it. HOWEVER, most of us viewers on this channel are into bettering ourselves and becoming less dependent on everything except ourselves (at least I am), and when I use the chirp wheel I feel great and looser but then the next day rolls around and I almost feel stiffer ( personally, never really sore) than when I hadn't been using it for a while. That's where I question it because I just don't want to be dependent on it to be at peak performance. That's my thoughts, maybe if you read this hamptom an upcoming vid can be a mobility/flexibility based routine for getting your blood flowing just in general whether before a workout or whenever. Anyways, great vid keep up the great work!
