WD40 is garbage. Dot 3+ Brake fluid is an excellent catalyst. The same can be said about BP Blaster. Soak in catalst before attempting to remove. Give plenty of time to dry keeping an eye out for any showing any holding of the lighter fluid wouldn't be cool. Side note: In a Steel bolt fastened to aluminum (or vise versa) over time can become just as tough as rust. Trick is get a yellow can of MAP Gas. Get a good torch tip. If no Map gas, use acetylene/oxygen, if available. Very simple. Do not let it get too hot. Remove heat and apply candle stick to the thread area and the heated surface will expand and wax seeps in between the threads of the two metals. And like magic the two will separate with only a token amount of heat rather than glowing red which can cause some dangerous situations. Be safe, safety first!!
