That is what I am doing. Going for my second transplant in October to fill the back of my head and then after a year will do smp and buzz cut. I problably could keep some density with finasteride but decided to give it up the drug and go for smp. Buzz cut with transplanted hair will look way better than only smp.

Can anyone recommend a trimmer that can efficiently be used every 2 to 3 days to suit this smp? (rather than the total bald shavers).
