I am having severe pain from a hip replacement due to bursitis and certainly muscle misalignment. I am in more pain now at 7 months than at 30 days An old school PT person overworked me with bands and other movements using my quads and caused this bursitis at 3 months after surgery. My lumbar is in bad shape, too. I feel that I may not even have needed the hip replacement, but needed someone like you to show me the right exercises to build strength. However, I am already doing your exercises for my back and hip and have 50% pain relief in 3 days. I have ordered this device, too. I will not have more surgery, injections, or take medications again. Doctors sell what they do and if you don't have choices you buy into the process. Bless you, for sharing your ideology and program that gives hope to people like me that just want to have their life back and without pain. Thank you!

The ab roller. My grandma had one. Its the only way i learned to to do a proper crunch with out hurting ky neck. Jusy got one dor my hernated dusc. Having hard to engage lower abs. I used to do Pilates now i cant engage transvese. In hindsight i probably had overly strong hio flexirs but no ab strength. 😢

This is ok to do with bulging discs-- bone spurs throughout the spine? Wouldn't it possibly make it worse with the extra pressure on the discs?

The worst stretch I personally experienced is the pidgeon pose. With sciatica problem, it was horrible for a week after that
