Exactly what I'm telling my youngsters. Perfect practice makes perfect. Every shot is the game winning shot. Every block out sets the stage for a game changing rebound. When practicing alone, are you visualizing? Breaking down the details when needed? Are your reps under pressure and simulate game like conditions? The ONLY play that exists is the current play in motion. Always believe in yourself. Always believe in your teammates.

Coach… thank you. Amazing points. I am 51 going on 52 and playing ball again after a long lay off. I enjoy the mental challenge as much as the physical challenge these days. Great video! Keep up the good work. I appreciate you.

thank you so much coach! everything you said was so true, like when im uncofident and just pass not because i make a good pass, but because im scared to shoot. Also, most of my actions were not with purpose and were done mostly in vain. Im going to try to gain more confidence with your tips, thank you again coach!

Would it be possible for you to be a mentor or coach to me? I aspire to enhance my skill in basketball, but one thing I have come to realie is that I must establush a foundation, the fundamentals and basics of basketball. But I need to do something hands on, but I don't know what to do. I know about drills, stretches, and shooting, but I know there is more depth than just that. If there is any way you could guide or help me; please do so, I am greateful for you taking time hear my request.
