And once you’re abused and still with the person it’s like they have full advantage of you. You start to feel worthless. So you do damage to yourself because that is one of the ways people cope with in the worst mental state or no matter what the situation is. feeling like you don't want to live or you can't go on with your life. feelings of self-hate and low self-esteem. fearing people and relationships. Often when an abusive situation happens, it is followed by the abuser doing something nice or apologizing and promising that they will never do it again. This makes their partner minimize the original abusive behavior. Which will be easier to manipulate them. People in abusive relationships often feel embarrassed to admit that their partner is abusive for fear of being judged, blamed, marginalized, pitied or looked down on. Amber heard has many red flags including her body language and it is obvious. Why did she record him going through a rough moment but not when she was “hit” or “punched”. I too survived an abusive relationship from a toxic ex-girlfriend. I understand what Johnny meant about how the people you love can easily use your past traumas against you because this is exactly what I went through. I thought having a relationship with her will help me with the PTSD I was dealing at the time, but it only worsened because she would use this a lot to gaslight me, and psychologically break me. Shed even have her own friends and family berate me. I told no one about it knowing how people tend to laugh off stories of men being abused by women and that was my biggest mistake. If I got the support I needed sooner, I would not have endured that longer than I needed to. I slowly deteriorated into depression and self-loathing. It got to a point where I really wanted to literally stab my throat with a pencil in front of her. I ruined many relationships with my family and friends which I am not sure how to fix now. Anybody who has never experienced such abuse will simplistically think that I should have simply just gotten up and leave. Well its never that simple when the prison they build for you is inside your head.

As someone who has personally told my story of abuse to someone else, even in private, this confession is so reminiscent of that testimony that I HAVE to believe him. He does things, conveys certain behaviors, it’s the little things you cannot fake. Amber exhibits NONE of that. I cannot believe her, I can’t bring myself to believe her because of my personal experiences. If you have dealt with abuse or had to go though telling someone what happened you know what I mean.

"To good to be true" - exactly what I said when I met my horrible, abusive ex who is a covert narcissist. It was all for show. The red flags started appearing soon after but by then I was trauma bonded. And so confused as to where all the chaos and drama was coming from. He was instigating all of it.

It is the same pattern isn't it? And then when it's all over you will then look back and realize that oh that is the reason why he always knew what "right" things to say or do. Yeah, too good to be true because he/she wants to manipulate you into thinking that you are perfect together. Thankful that the red flags started showing very early on, and even though I had a difficult time I was able to leave him. (He still was trying to reach out even after the break up yikess)

Much as I dislike celeb gossip type stuff this whole case has been something needed to be brought out in this manner to show just how men can suffer such types of prolonged abuse and then be left hanging by the system and people who simply believe the accusers BS and end up enabling the systematic destruction of a persons core being and overall life. It's a service to all falsely accused males who never had the ability to have their day in court and be allowed the chance to show how things are behind the manipulative lies of a painted smile. @@80sbaby90 Actors actually have the ability to truly express their real and raw emotions even in front of a lot of people the most, so the whole theory that actors just act their way through life and everytimje they are talking to people they are acting and faking is bullshit. I've experienced 12 years of theater school and they have you truly dig deep into your pains and emotions and express every emotion you could ever feel in front of your peers and classmates and audiences/strangers and well know teachers and actors and the reason being so you can bring up all the humanness that we are as humans to be able to also express other peoples stories to spread messages and make people feel seen or even just entertained thats powerful and a strength to be able to bring up such raw emotions and human experiences and to bring up all of your own to be able to really get in touch with other peoples stories. acting is being other people and truly digging deep and preparing and changing into a whole other person and world and that allows you to be able to feel comfortable in every type of human experience and feeling you've had in life to portray others but when it comes to your own life you are a real person and still get real and emotional and try to express to others as best you can but they still struggle and are human and it can be tough bringing up heavy topics but actors have the gift of being expressive and comfortable in expressing themselves and their feelings and emotions and thats a good thing but actors aren't acting 24/7. lawyers and court rooms are all an act its not just the actors that are acting or trying to control the way they are perceived by others in those courtrooms. if anything actors are most able to truly communicate and be authentic in expressing their true emotions and experiences and pains and memories and regrets and everything that is being a human on those stand to those people in the jury because actors are great at connecting with others on a deep level since they do that their whole lives. But any person actor or not that has to bring up such traumatic experiences and life traumas for a bunch of strangers will be emotional and real and hesitant and not perfect but try as best as they can to be understood clearly and seen the way they intend since thats how court works but no one can fake their real traumas and life experiences and how they express them or experience them is all real and valid. he never shares his personal life but he is finally speaking up for himself and being real and giving up his value of privacy so he won't be silenced anymore thats the most real a person could get thats not what acting is.
