🚨RANT: I watched live, however not until reading Twitter did I realise he pleaded guilty to the actual RICO charge. I can’t understand why he didn’t plead “NOLO CONTENDERE” like Thug did. Plus his attorney knows no-one has plead guilty to RICO and after careful deliberations the jury still couldn’t find RICO or an “Enterprise” which should have been used as leverage for Winfrey during negotiations. How the supposed gang leader doesn’t get convicted of RICO or gang charges and this guy admits to RICO, so who was his leader❓plus the prosecution contradicts themselves when confirming they are not going to pursue the gang charges (26 PARTICIPATION IN CRIMINAL STREET GANG ACTIVITY O.C.G.A) I don’t like this one bit!

I’m not really feeling the win. Winfrey lawyer allowed him to plead guilty to the RICO knowing no defendant (as far as I know) has plead guilty to RICO. Sheeeet just yesterday the guys beat the RICO charge, this was prime time leverage he should have plead “NOLO CONTENDERE” like Thugg. Lastly the 3 Jurors said when it came to deliberations over not-guilty on RICO it was the quickest & easiest to reach an agreement and then move on to the other charges.

@@kimberleyvalentine4896 The 3 jurors admitted no evidence of RICO or an Enterprise (in their eyes)4 was ever presented. 1 juror also also said reaching a “Not Guilty” the RICO was the easiest and quickest decision to make allowing them to move on to other alleged crimes. Then comes this dummy, I’m now convinced his lawyer is in the states pocket. His lawyer knew that no RICO was found, The states back was against the wall and should have applied that pressure to allow Winfrey to “NOLO CONTENDERE“ the RICO charge like Thugg did!

Stack all the charges they can with or without proof, hold the WITHOUT BAIL for years and make them plea out. We seen this with the last group of ysl and many other cases. They take the plea just to be done with it and so they can go home!
