Welcome sequence = valuable, more beginner level stuff to nurture them. TONS of free content. Convert sequence = a mix a value emails, with some soft-selling emails, then some value and hard selling emails

Nah, it might be a different deal, maybe you only send two emails a week or one every two days or even once a day, but your emails aren't always promotional. Most of them should be valuable tips and info

You're either being too salesy or not adding any genuine value over the long-term, or trying to pitch something in the email rather than selling them on clicking the link. Also the open rates could be higher but that depends on sender reputation as you probably know
