A coked-up demagogue is not what America needs, but it’s all that the democrat party has to offer. There you have Joe's 31% rating, how could it be so high. Joe's inflation rate is a disaster, consumer prices are up nearly 18 percent throughout Joe's time in the White House. Thirty-five months into democrat presidency, the Consumer Price Index (CPLie) rose 17.6 percent, the worst inflation seen in four decades. The true rate of inflation is at least double the CPLie figure, you know that because you go shopping. As I type these words some folks are making a choice: Gas in my car or food on my table. American's wages are down when adjusted for inflation. Average weekly earnings for regular workers went up 14.8 percent during Biden’s first three years in office, according to monthly BLS figures. However, inflation ate up all that gain and more. Meanwhile, "real" weekly earnings, which are adjusted for inflation, actually declined 3.1 percent since Biden entered office. Go have a look at the National Debt Clock folks, the national debt is $34,494,000,000,000 and going up like a shuttle launch. If you are a taxpayer then you owe $266,500. Do you have that many dollars in your checking account?

That's the Biden I've been waiting to see! I knew he was there all the time, but I was afraid his timid handlers had suppressed him. Someone mentioned Ike; I actually wore an "I Like Ike" button in DC itself in the 1950s (yeah, I'm that old), but Ike's speeches were bumbling and incomprehensible. JFK's heart was in the right place, he had a couple of memorable one liners, but his speeches were monotonous IMHO, and a couple of times cringeworthy. The less said about the next three, the better. Jumping to Bush senior, his best speeches were the ones delivered by his alter ego on SNL. Obama on a good night is a medalist, but last night Biden topped the lot. I'm a Canuck, so I can't vote for him, but I am glad to have lived long enough to hear that fiery speech.
