After visiting several dying loved ones in dementia nursing care, I can safely say the Joe is the elderly care-giver, and Donald is the patient. Perhaps instead of making fun of him, we should be pointing out how sad it is when someone loses their mind. Very often it is hard to feel sorry for someone that behaves this way, but it is a symptom of the disease.

When your child says Mom, I have dirty laundry.. you tell him, take care of it. Obviously, Trump gave Cohen a heavy duty assignment, there were conversations about it.
