The Western Cape government is bracing itself for more severe rainfall after the SA Weather Service (SAWS) upgraded the weather warning.
The SAWS upgraded the weather warning for Thursday from Level 6 to Level 8 for disruptive rainfall in the province.
MEC for local government Anton Bredell said: "We take note of this warning, which is rated as a low probability but with potentially severe consequences should it materialise. #News24Video #News24
