This police officer should be awarded a medal , Poor man risked his life and his hands trying to put out the fire and extract that woman from the car! I don’t understand why it took so long for !any other officer to assist him! Good bless you and your family as you showed excellent policing at its best!

The emotional strength these officers have is incredible. To go from stopping the fire, to communicating to someone who isn’t the most receptive, to breaking the most difficult part of a vehicle, then to pull her out and seeing her clinging onto a bottle of alcohol. The disrespect this person has is insane. I hope the officer is doing well. God bless this man and continue to keep him safe. XXXX

She really brought her booze with her when the officers were pulling her from the car! I guess it explains why she was so nonchalant about the situation. I hope the officer wasn’t too badly injured from the glass.

I do not understand why not one other officer helped you break that glass or look for another to break it with, or bring you gloves absolutely baffles me. I cannot understand that. Thank you to all officers on the scene. I was trying to blame a head injury for her confusion and lack of understand. Yep, it was a brain issue but not from trauma, it was from being pickled with alcohol. 🤦‍♀️🤬

Sunroof glass is probably the toughest on the vehicle to break as it’s designed to withstand a rollover accident. Might’ve been easier to break the tailgate glass and pull her out from there.
