What happened to the sweet, innocent children game? It went from a game for animals, education, now it's a scamming, hacking, NFT, and toxic game. Sad to see what the community has become, not even just that. WildWorks and AJHQ are also there to blame. This whole Fer.al thing still happened, it wasn't one of those " oh what if feral shut down????? " things. Also, scammers and hackers aren't bad either, think of the scammers and hackers that get harassed everyday. Conclusion: AJHQ and WW (WildWorks) need to do something instead of just making new animals. Scammers and hackers don't deserve a permanent ban, they deserve to be suspended. If they are banned permanently they won't learn. AJHQ should make more security and make the game stricter. Thanks for reading lmao.

You hit the nail on the head with your statement. Ajhq and wild works are more interested in the money now a days. I think if they just improve the reporting system and actually figure out a way to prevent scammers scamming or just maybe bring back all items. Now a days if someone reports them for scamming they won’t get punished or when they use a spare account to scam and bring to their main accounts. If animal jam can stop them like that maybe players will return. When I started playing ( raccoons were new to the game and so was the party) maybe in 2016 if I am not mistaken but everyone had fun and made new friends and explorers around and it had nothing to do with betas and rares but NOW a days it’s just a competition to be rare and steal betas I stopped playing ajpw since it’s just too toxic.

this happened to me on classic last year it was a spanish website, and i didnt lose my account, but i lost a RIM headdress, a purple long collar, a short purple wristband, and purple cupid wings, i got all the items back eventually but the headdress and i ended up quitting cause i changed my main computer to a chromebook and i didnt feel like putting in the work to get my surface to work if i didnt have my items anymore, but i still play ajpw

well, probably cause the aj fanbase is growing up and moving on, more edgy teenagers are also finding fun in scamming, even though I don’t really find it that fun/ a healthy coping mechanism to trauma.. + rares are harder to get nowadays, so yeah, it’s mostly cuz the normal fan base is decreasing while there are way more scammers popping up

Back when I first started play aj classic in 2017. I thought a short black was super rare so I was in jamaa asking people what they would tarde one for, then I one jammer said they would tarde me one in there den, so I came to there den, they told me they had a channel and that they where doing a skit but they needed a (rare) item to do it, i asked to tarde. But of course they said to gift them, I went to send them a letter. I was going to give them a rare direwolf item but then I thought it seemed sketchy so I decided not to. I told them I knew it was a scam and then left and unburied me It just reminds me of this memory thank you for imforimg everyone

Thanks! Also, JAMMERS! Don't look for codes that you haven't purchased from Animal Jam. Don't put in codes you found from anywhere but Animal Jam. My user was broke into because I was desperate for rares and whatnot, so I found a random code on Reddit. Don't. Just don't 😅 Also, about 2 years ago, I put in a sketchy code that somehow made me be able to completely change my parents email without passwords or anything. Keep in mind, this user is 8 years old and I lived with different guardians back then, meaning that there was a different email that I had no idea what the password was. When I put in the code, it prompted me to put in a parent email, but there was already one. I changed it, and I was able to claim my user. I basically somehow stole control.

this actually happened to me last february. someone came to my den and asked me if i would help them with a video, which i obviously agreed to do. they told me to go to their channel “narrow aj” and click the link that took me to the spanish version of the aj download screen, however it was pretty much a disguise for whatever programme they used to hack into my account. i ended up losing a black headdress and a few other things but i couldn’t really care less about it now 😅 thanks for informing others about it :D

Okay I'm about to expose myself. ( don't report me ive changed ) I tried to scam my freind out of a double tail.. ( I was about to stop being freinds with them as they told me to shoot myself and I wanted revenge ik dumb xd ) I said I was making a scammer skit I told them I needed to take there double tail for the skit they never believed me and I told them I was trying to scan them, and why and how much what they said hurt me , we decided to unbuddy eachother and block eachother, no reports. No crying , just unbuddied and blocked. I sometimes miss them but I understand what I did was wrong and there account was deleted some time ago

This just almost happened to me. Someone traded me asking if i could help them out with a video. I said sure, they buddied me, went to their den. There was another person there too. They said it was a music video and it was gonna be in french. I knew something was up, this was a few days after I watched this video. I said “is this that french link scam thing?” They paused, unbuddied me, and locked me and the other person out of their den. Thanks for the save Leamon! Could have lost my rares including blackout spike! 👍

It isn't really recent, I used to be in a few scam discord servers, (I've since realized its a really bad thing to do), it's called a Phishing link. If you were to put in information (user and password) then it would put it into a collection box of everyone who ever logged in ^^; It can be any language, foreign languages are simply more convincing

To access Animal Jam en Francais, create an Animal Jam account, then a parent account for it, and in the parent account site, change the language to French. DO NOT ACCESS IT BY *ANY LINK, EVER!* You can access it through this method, and when you log in it will change thhe language of the app automatically. OR IF YOU HAVE ACCESS TO YOUR PARENT ACCOUNT: Log into your parent account and change the language from there. The language in the app will change automatically when you log in.

Someone from AJC a few months ago asked me to help them with a AJMV but in a different server and they told me to go to a specific youtube channel and click the link in their description luckily I've been scammed so many times that I know what to look out for and I didn't get hacked 😌

Roblox also has this issue and they will send you their “account” that will steal your information or have you sign in bc your logged out. I’ve fell for both scams but I have gotten it back both times I’m now paranoid with any link.

Lucky AJ did this scam to me and my friend. lucky enough i didnt get anything taken but my freind did. the video is if membership was free. i am the green fox and white wolf and my freind was the white arctic wolf and white fox. the nonmember person is the person who scammed my friend. my friend let the scammer use their alt members account which is the orange coyote in the vid and then later on 2 other people joined in and one of them got their account tooken too.

Another scam: Scammer will make an alt. They will use their main and say : ‘ Trading (rare item) for ( epic wonders item no one really gets ) ! ‘ On the alt they will join and say ‘ trading ( item ) ‘ Some player will overpay for the item, eventually they will learn what happened, or the worth will go up.

Hello Leamonpuppy! My name is Brackenstorm268 or on AJ, I go by Magical Arcticstar. A few years ago, I actually have an interesting scam story (I consider it a trick scam because of how it happened). I was on AJ Classic about six years ago when I ended up finding someone who was hosting a free non-member spike collar and approximately me and six other people went to their den. When that jammer came to the den, they instructed us that in order for us to get the spike collar, they told us to say the word 'beach'. Whoever said it first would get the spike. However, me and the six jammers said the word and all of a sudden, we were given the message that we were suspended from the game for SEVEN WHOLE DAYS because the game rendered us saying the word b*tch. I was only twelve and I didn't know anything about this. Thankfully, when I logged back in at the end of the suspension, none of my stuff was gone, but all of my sapphires (I was saving up my sapphires to get an armor set) had been taken. Now learning about scams on AJ, I believe that this jammer was a hacker and using us to say a misinterpreted word made us targets to get our items, gems or sapphires taken by having us suspended from our accounts and finding a way to get us around the suspension just to hack us. For me, it was thankfully only my sapphires (I had no rares). I now no longer join AJ raffles or 'free' item stuff anymore on the site anymore because of this. Please be careful with scamming jammers as I was lucky that only my sapphires were taken, but some may have had it worse by having their information taken.

This isn't a new scam, just uncommon. I remember someone making a video about it in 2020 I think. It was probably kek cuz I only watch kek Also, don't click on links. Even if you released its a fake login when you clicked, it can still steal cookies or grab your ip even if you didn't put anything in. (cookies are stuff you save, passwords, credit card info etc) Some sites have cookie grabbers and some do not. But it's still better to not click on anything

Funny story for Leamon Puppy: One day I was playing AJ Classic and someone was saying they are doing a random giveaway in their den and I assumed it was a scam but I wanted to see who would fall for it so I went and there were three other ppl other than the host and one was super exited abt getting a prize, another left for no apparent reason, and the third was saying how this was a scam. The host then said the super exited person won and said they’d trade it to them and the exited person said, “wait really?! YES I WON!!” Then suddenly they disappeared and then my entire game crashed and logged out of AJ… I can’t explain it cuz I never get kicked outta the game like that and it seemed weird how the person just vanished and how sketchy the host was

I don’t know if this was a “scam” or not, but this one time a person traded me. They asked if I had a single sock and would trade forest boots for it. Then I said I would help trying to be a nice jammer. I had never heard of this item since I had been on I hiatus from ajpw for awhile now. Then the next trade I got was 2 of my items for a single sock and a couple of other items. They’re offer was under so then I changed a couple and they accepted. I tried to convince them to talk to that friend but they did not want to. This felt wildly suspicious. I told them I needed to chat with my friend. I told them via mailbox but, they were not super excited like most jammers when knowing they might be getting they’re dream item. What was really weird was I found them both in this one aj KZbinrs den even though they seemed to not know each other. They traded then unbuddied me and disappeared. That experience was really weird.

This type of hack/scam is called phishing by the way, its a very old hack that people use by creating a fake website. My brother had is Steam account hacked this way. Always make sure the sites you log onto are secure!

hello! after paying off the new code, they ask me to link the account to the mail, despite the fact that I have had it tied for a long time. even if I agree to link, nothing comes to the mail. It is also impossible to log in to the parent account for 3 months, when trying to change the password, he writes "Unknown error ". Please fix it. Half of the Russian server cannot receive prizes due to the fact that messages do not come to the mail.

(Not exactly the same scam so hear me out) it happened to me way before this video came out, anyways, I was on animal classic in jama, it was wee in the morning so I was quite tired, just causually collecting my dailys and doing stuff, I see this white wolf in Jama township. They asked me to go to a yt channel bc they talked about a glitch that could get you rares, I was quite curious so I went, the videos explained that with a link in their bio to a spanish server, you could get rares, they explained that you must go through that link, log in, and type in anything you want in the code thing and you'll eventually get it, see, I wouldnt normally fall for this, except, I was no stranger to server glitches, I thought maybe this was the next one, I logged in and was called up for breakfast when I watched someones video explaining they got hacked from this sorta thing, I basically was too sick to eat, I quickly changed my password and all was well Be safe!!!!

Actually in the update of June, The AJHQ n the journal of Jamaa said to be careful with the links that jammers gives to you. I'm actually proud they did and i didin't know what their talking about until i watched your video. Thanks to published this video.

hey guys so i dont know if anyone has experienced this yet since this update was recent but its a masterpiece wallpaper or flooring glitch/scam? i went to this person's den because i was looking for this item on the coral canyons little item finder and it took me to this persons den. i noticed that they were selling a masterpiece wallpaper and it was so cute. i had to get it, though it was really suspicious cause on the shop it showed a wallpaper thats in stores but once you click it, it shows the masterpiece wallpaper. i found it kind of odd but it didnt concern me alot so i bought it. when i went to my den to put the wallpaper on, it showed the in store wallpaper instead. i was so sad i was scammed out of a good amount of sapphires. i went to other peoples den who were artists and were selling masterpiece wallpapers too and i realized what was wrong. the actual masterpiece wallpaper showed up on the shop like it should not a instore wallpaper. if you have to click on the wallpaper to actually see it, then you arent going to get the masterpiece on but the instore one. be careful guys!

Yup, happened to me almost. I tried to dm user who helped them but no response, i think he lost hd and a beta tail. I got unbuddied by the scammer btw

my friend on aj (not irl) they said “okay give me your best items for a video, ill give them back“ i said “i can only give a rly some item from the shop“ they asked for a double tail and outback scarf i had. They said they would do it to their freind to prove they wouldn’t scam. They traded their forest to the freind. I asked that freind to show the forest. They ignored me and never showed me. So i realized it was prob a scam. She said she would post me not beileving her.

I was also close to get tricked by this person, i immediately closed the spanish page and changed my password, after that i contacted with them on discord, they were pretty decent, we had a chat, thats all i was angry and i never answered their dms again
