At start of video, subject vehicle (S/V) is on S. Fulton Ave, going north. He's adjacent to the business at having street address of 1800 Wilkens Ave. At 0:09, he crosses McHenry St. He turns right onto W. Pratt St. at about 0:30, going east on W. Pratt until 1:20. 1:20 he makes a chaotic left onto N. Martin Luther King Junior Pkwy. 2:00 S/V makes a left onto W. Saratoga St. from MLK Pkwy. He's going west on W. Saratoga. 2:38 S/V makes a right onto N. Carrollton Ave, so he's headed north, toward Rt. 40, on N. Carrollton. 2:46 he makes another right onto W. Mulberry St; now he's going east. He goes one block on W. Mulberry, before he makes a left at... 2:54 S/V makes a left onto N. Arlington Ave. He crosses over US 40, traveling north on N. Arlington. He doesn't stay on N. Arlington very long. 3:05 S/V turns left from N. Arlington onto W. Franklin St, heading west. He goes two blocks west on W. Franklin. 3:15 he makes a 270-degree turn from W. Franklin, through the parking lot of the business at 1214 W. Franklin St., which is at this time called Shareef's House of Wraps. By doing the 270 turn through the parking lot, he's now headed south, in which direction there is no road. This takes him into the little grassy park that runs along the north side of US 40. He proceeds to drive through this park, followed by several police cars, until he gets back onto W. Franklin, now heading east, against traffic on this one-way street. 3:42 S/V turns left, getting back onto N. Arlington. He flies north on N. Arlington for six blocks, ignoring numerous stop signs. 4:20 S/V cuts a shallow left from N. Arlington onto N. Fremont Ave. 4:44 S/V passes Pennsylvania Triangle Park, still going north on N. Fremont Ave. 4:48 he cuts a slight left onto Pennsylvania Ave.; he's now traveling north-west. 5:16 he passes the CVS at 2509 Pennsylvania Ave, near the Penn-North Metro station, after crossing W. North Ave. 5:32 the camera draws back. S/V is still headed north-west on Pennsylvania Ave, with many police cars following. The building with the minaret is at 2601 Pennsylvania Ave. 5:43 S/V crosses Fulton Ave; Pennsylvania Ave now turns into Reisterstown Road. 6:06 S/V after crossing into oncoming traffic to pass a school bus, passes some guys who have come out to cheer him on. 6:24 S/V crosses Liberty Heights Ave. The Midas store is at 2617 Reisterstown Rd. 6:41 S/V crosses (at Ocala Ave.) into oncoming traffic on Reisterstown Road. The police follow him. He does this to avoid traffic waiting at the stop light at the intersection of Reisterstown Road and Auchentoroly Terr. 6:49 S/V crosses back onto the proper side of Reisterstown Road. Around 7:00, Reisterstown Road turns into Park Heights Ave.

BALTIMORE (WJZ)- An ACTIVE SHOOTER with an assault-style rifle and a handgun led police on a pursuit through West Baltimore for at least 20 minutes, ending with a man being arrested Friday. Police say the suspect was wanted in a triple shooting and was spotted by police on Fulton Avenue. The man then took off and reportedly went on a shooting rampage. WJZ’s Chopper 13 captured exclusive footage of the chase, including the suspect slamming into a car on Monroe Street, while on Fulton Avenue, the car narrowly missed hitting a pedestrian. At one point, the suspect drove on the sidewalk. The man fired shots as he drove through the city, shooting a man in the leg on North Avenue and shooting a person in the upper body who was in a vehicle. Officials say the passenger went into cardiac arrest and is in critical condition. One officer was injured during pursuit and is receiving treatment at a local hospital. The suspect was arrested in the 1800 block of Gwynns Falls Parkway. A police officer ran to the car when it finally came to a stop at an intersection. The officer pulled the driver out and wrestled him to the ground. Baltimore Police Department spokesperson T.J. Smith said the 30-year-old suspect may be connected to a triple shooting Thursday night that left one person dead in the 4400 Park Heights Avenue and a non-fatal shooting last week on Edmondson Avenue. Yes,and why don`t the Police pit the cars? There were times when there was no other cars around and they follow instead of pit? Why not follow them for miles so they can increase the chances of injuring or killing a innocent driver,i adds to the drama I guess!

I love the take-down. They work together as a team and always get their man. I appreciate good team work by the policemen/swat teams even the K-9 units as well! They are protecting the communities and ensuring public safety first and foremost.90 o/o of USA neighbourhoods are IN NEED OF REPAIR badly. That is why they do what they do when there are dramatic events like these. They are protecting people.
@00flats2 жыл бұрын
Repair them, then they get torn apart again. My dad knew a guy that rented down there. As soon as he would fix them, they tore them apart. It used to be safe at one time. You DO NOT WANT TO GO DOWN THERE NOW.

Big issue with Baltimore is lack of opportunity for the people of Baltimore. One reason, (I'll give you an example) there was a supermarket called Giant. real nice store, but they had to close Not because of low sales, but because they were losing more product out of the back door then they were selling. it was a shame it was a real nice store. I have relatives that live in Baltimore and I used to dread going to visit. (we stopped visiting) Like most people say its a lawless town. The police are outnumbered and out gunned. Its amazing they have any police at all, and above that they are hated. (until they're needed). typical Baltimore attitude. and unfortunately that sentiment is more and more throughout the country. But back to Baltimore. when we did visit (and they have an excellent stadium (Camden yards, Baltimore Orioles) When we went it was like a festival outside of the stadium one of the nicest stadiums I've seen. Such a shame it could be a wonderful town but I wouldn't want to live there. so sad, No where else that I've visited is as bad as Baltimore.
