President Trump *should not* be compared to Obama much longer. President Trump already accomplished more in his sleep than Obama ever could in 8 years. IMO President Trump is going to make *most* of our past presidents accomplishments look miniscule compared to what he will get done based on his abilities and work ethics.

I can tell you one thing else, if the manufacturer warranty says one year, you can bet it will last one year and two weeks, if it even lasts a year. And forget about customer service in too many cases. NOTE: Forget about advertising. The more advertising, the more the price is jacked-up. Do research before you buy. @tristanwackwitz11808 жыл бұрын
Politicians always make promises and typically don't keep them. If you listen what trump says in this meeting, you'll notice specifics are almost entirely missing. This is basically a pep rally with lots of slogans being thrown around. The only thing he got into detail about was one guy he read about that had his life ruined. As president, I'm afraid he'll make policies based on anecdotal experiences which may be out of line with facts. And if you fact check any one of his speeches, interviews, or debates, you'll find that they're 70% mostly to completely false. It's honestly concerning, especially given the position of immense power he's ascended to and his refusal to acknowledge the concerns from experts in their respective fields that he now has influence over.
@mae420618 жыл бұрын
Tristan Wackwitz you wrong, he is not politician. that the reason people voted him. think positive...if you want the detail get the experts on the issue.

I can not express in words how much respect I have for this man,Mr. Donald Trump.For his personality,for what he has achieved as a business man and also because I saw,as a non-American,that he gave hope to the people who have suffered under the previous governments.Despite what the mainstream media told about him.I have no doubt that President Donald Trump will become one of the most underrated but most important Presidents in American history.

While I'm against protectionism and all of the problems that can bring, a massive cut to regulations is probably one of the best things the current administration can do to help Americans. Reducing overhead will help business grow and create more jobs with higher wages. It will also help small business bring more innovation and competition to entrenched corporations.

Being Canadian I'm so relieved that POTUSDJT won the election. I'm just baffled by how anyone in the USA could possibly think that another Clinton in the White House would be better. The USA is in a huge sink hole of debt and social turmoil. Nothing makes a man feel better than working hard and getting his cheque every payday. Job security and hope for the future is soul food. I love travelling south on Intestate 5 but haven't for a long time simply because I don't like what I've been seeing. Anyway , I'm so behind POTUSDJT and really love the USA just as I do Canada. MAGA!!

Same here. I was more worried with our neighbor getting nuked. Post 2018, when Putin is out is the bigger question. he was the one sane enough not to think what his military generals were otherwise thinking. As that president spoke against Obummer. " Russia will not resort to kitchen diplomacy".

I remember when Obama ran the first time and he said he was going to have the most transparent administration there ever was. "CSPAN" and all the rest. He did nothing in the open. Now here's Trump, including us on a group of business leaders in their meeting. God bless and protect President Trump and his administration. May he show everyone just how great a leader he can be, and may he always look up to You for his strength, guidance and success. Amen.

This wasn't so much a meeting as a press conference with notable people present. He wasn't having a conversation with anyone in the room. I think it's unlikely that he's going to let us in on his actual meetings with business leaders. Do you? (And don't get me wrong, it was an interesting press conference.)

Me too, I'm not an SJW liberal who's gonna go rioting in the streets and do all those women's marches, but I believe socially everyone should have equal opportunity. Trump isn't the best example, but he's clean-cut, say it like it is-type of politics is what we need to bring jobs back to America.

What people need to realize about Trump is that he has a big mouth, but that doesn't necessarily translate to incompetence. After all, you don't become as successful as he is if you're a complete lunatic.
@Tunt8 жыл бұрын
I mean, all of us supporters knew he acted like this. If you look back at any of his speeches he did for AIPAC or his foreign policy speech, he acted this way. The media only showed him at his rallies where he obviously was much more high energy. It's a rally. Thats how you fill stadiums full of 30k people instead of Hillary's small fields.
@TrinketofAporos8 жыл бұрын
I'm very skeptical of him myself, but the more I hear his actual policies...I have to confess that I like them. The way the media is portraying them doesn't do them justice, if you remove that layer of interpretation. You have to wonder at the media's motives behind their rabid demonization of the guy. Seems very orchestrated, and driven by the entrenched interests that his policies may threaten. Give him a chance, he's already fulfilled more of his campaign promises than the last four presidents in our history, and his first week isn't even up yet.

President Trump has said basically this same thing in his campaign speeches and I have been trying my darnedest to figure out what on earth people find so objectionable about what he is saying. What I heard was a man who was saying we will no longer allow companies to fire all their American employees and move their company overseas, hire foreigners to make the product and then ship it back to America to have us buy it. Trump believes (as do I) that if a company pulls this sort of stunt and puts perhaps thousands of Americans out of jobs they should realize there will be serious consequences when they try to bring the product back home to sell it. I saw this as being patriotic towards our country. Nothing wrong with that, right? Nope. Today I saw a rioter (I don't call them protestors...that word is too benign....) carrying a sign that said, (I kid you not) "Patriotism is Racism". Huh? Well now I understand why people think he is a racist. He's too patriotic to suit them. Perhaps they get mad at him and take it out on the American flag because in their minds Trump and the flag are inextricably linked. BTW, wasn't it nice to see Mr. Trump doing in that meeting EXACTLY what he promised he would do?

maryann, your comment is most refreshing to read! i, being a staunch supporter of *PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP'S* from the outset, i find in this informal setting *MY PRESIDENT* addressing the *complexities of* *government regulations* such as those under the guise of *dept. of* *labor, OSHA;* and altho not a proper department the *regulation by the* *EPA is accountable/answerable to* *the president* as it relates to the *effects of industry on both* *the environment and human health.* i am certain that with this the *first* *full working day* of *PRESIDENT TRUMP* we have the unique ability to see that his *CAMPAIGN PROMISES WERE NOT EMPTY* AND THE SLOGAN *"MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN"* will be brought to fruition. he has added that those wishing to open factories here will *find a fast track* as *"JOB CREATORS"* are always welcome and as he has stated no small matter, one of which he takes a deep personal interest. and, that being said it is with deepest gratitude to you *"MR PRESIDENT"* thank you for caring and loving our great nation the *UNITED STATES OF AMERICA* MERCI BEAUCOUP!!! sld😉 the 📒 pad 🏡 stephaniel
