40,000+ "Palestinian dead is the figure quoted by Hamas (so unreliable) and also includes killed terrorists as Hamas don't differentiate between the two (good for their propaganda). Last figure from IDF I believe was 18,000 Hamas killed.... Nor does it include those "Palestinians" killed by misfired Hamas rockets. If those rockets fired from densely populated civilian areas you can imagine how high the casualty rate would be in that scenario.

A significant percentage of the listings is essentially unverified claims, with only 80% reported by the ministry of health. Out of 34344, only 27447 were confirmed dead by the ministry. 3. LESS than half of the total listings is underaged, at 11355 out of 34344. If you sift the unverified claims, you're left with 9645 minors. 4. The list does not mention cause of death. People could have died of natural causes, of excessive "police" force, of rockets falling short. 5. The list does not distinguish between civilians and combatants. This list is publicly available, and can be scrutinized by anyone.

And even I didn't know better, any person with a brain knows that this is no genocide nor an indiscriminate way of carrying a military operation in such a high densely populated place. Israel has done all they could to minimase innocent victims. From day one the've been sending warning messages to the Gazans to move to ther areas so they could be safe. They even posponed their first incursion several days to make sure they were giving plenty of time for Gazans in the north to move to the south. What else can you ask of them while they are conducting a military operation??

Vlad is a complete moron. He knows absolutely nothing. The pagers operation was an 8 year operation. It didn't happen overnight. It took them almost a decade of meticulous planning and logistics to make that attack happen to make sure those pages were going exactly where they wanted them too. The two civilian casualties were a little girl who picked up one of the pagers to give it to her dad and it exploded and a dude who was standing in a packed market and someone standing next to them accidentally got fragged too. The pager operation will go down in history as one of the most precise and well executed counter attacks in military history regardless of what bleeding hearts like Vlad claim.

I agree with most of what he says. Except: the stuff about reform Jews in America. I went to a reform school and and synagogue. The cantor was literally from Israel, and the rabbis and cantor constantly spoke to us about Israel, how it was formed, how beautiful it is, etc etc. Maybe they weren't as obviously religious as the chassidm, or those who constantly wore yarmulkes, even when they were not in temple. But they were equally religious on a deeper level than appearance.

Unfortunately in war there are civilian casualties, and that's tragic but unavoidable. (I am reading now about how many THOUSANDS of civilians in Normandy were killed by the Allied invasion bombings... necessary to win the war against the Nazis but tragic, tragic, tragic to the innocent Normandy civilians. Most countries say that their chosen values and culture is the best otherwise they wouldn't choose it. 'God ' as a concept is an amalgamation of all chosen values for what is good. Many different countries in history have said when they go to war 'God Is With Us'. Most countries like to claim they are the best when permitted- the greatest this or that. 'Italians do it better' is a widely known phrase. Therefore there is nothing really that exceptional about Jews having it in their religion and heritage that they are the Chosen People- a responsibility to benefit the world in many ways with high standards. Some call this a burden that people hold Jews to a higher standard.
