I love the Boyds thumbhole stocks. I shoot a lot more consistent using one. I have a two piece Thumbhole stock on my Remington model 7600 270. A at one Thumbhole stock on my Charles Daly 7mm mag. A featherweight Thumbhole stock on my Ruger American Ranch in 450 Bushmaster. And a VT Thumbhole stock on my Savage 220 slug gun. 😊

Nice stock. I went with the magpul hunter stock for my Ruger American Predator.

@@ReviewThisThing Leaps and bounds above that flimsy plastic stock that Ruger puts on the rifle from the factory. It is a lot heavier though with the magpul stock on it. I was originally gonna go with a Boyd's stock but didn't. I got another rifle I might get a Boyd's stock for before huntin season gets here.

Those style of stocks are of no interest to me. UGLY IMO. I have bought one Boyds stock and it was not very well done. Stock bolt holes of center. Second try just as bad.
