Me too. When I decided to turn to Jesus and beg Him to save me and send me the Holy Spirit I cried so hard for many days and nights until I couldn't cry anymore. I realized how a terrible evil sinner I was and I've done a lot of wrong in my entire life. But now Jesus Christ is my savior and my King. I'm still tempted often to sin and do evil, but Jesus fights the battles for me.

My grandma prayed for me while I was in sin. The Lord was calling me home back to Texas and there I noticed the Lord continuing to draw me to Himself. I eventually gave in and began to read my Bible where I saw Jesus Christ was Lord and accepted Him and there I became born again. It’s been almost 4 years now and I’m so grateful for the prayers of my grandma and Gods patience and never ending love towards me. I was dead in sin but now I’m alive in Christ. Ray Comfort is a false teacher. Hell is not eternal punishment. "What IS "forever" in Scripture? Lets look at a few more verses that seem to speak of an eternal burning hell. We already learned that Jesus said in Mat 25:46 that hell is eternal punishMENT not and unending eternity of burning. He meant exactly what He said, it is EVERLASTING DESTRUCTION just as we found 2Thes 1:9 says it is. The punishment is indeed everlasting. This is the "second death" (Rev. 2:11; 20:6,14; & 21:8) The second death is a death NO ONE will EVER rise from again. This is an ETERNAL DEATH! It is the exact opposite of an eternal life. The wages of sin is DEATH not life! "

There is something very special about what Ray does it's like watching a person throw a life preserver to a drowning victim or seeing a fire fighter pull a bystander out of a burning building or seeing a paramedic give CPR to an unconscious person it is awe inspiring. He is doing the Lords work.

@Gumshoe Beaumont because of Adam we are all born into sin so people could answer no to all his questions and it wouldn't matter but i get what he is saying is ture i don't like his technique at all epically the stupid court analogy it makes me cringe so much i have to skip over that part when je says it when people do a crime someone can't go to jail for you and tickets are a moving violation and it just makes being saved sound like a get out of jail free card and one if the most important things about being saved he never even mentions he also avoids questions and uses the same lines on everyone but i don't think a one size fits all approach is the way to go i see so many people walk alway unsuccessfuly touched by the holly spirit. I'm no expert but this is just my opinion

I Corinthians 15:1-4 KJB is the only gospel that saves! Repenting and asking God to save you will send you to hell. The gospel is simply trusting Christ's finished cross work - his death, burial, and resurrection as atonement for our sins. No works allowed! Paul is our apostle (Romans 11:13 KJB). He wrote Romans to Philemon. Those books contain the doctrine for the church the body of Christ. God is building a body (not a nation) today! This is currently the dispensation of grace (not works!) please read Ephesians chapter 3 in the King James Bible, which is God's perfectly preserved Word. Amen!

I understand. I MUST read my Bible everyday. It's my daily bread and food for thought throughout the day. I MUST remain in prayer (conversation) throughout the day as well. I ask God to give me the eyes, ears, and heart of Jesus while dealing with all people. I rely on the Holy Spirit to guide my thoughts. I'm a meth addict and alcoholic with a brain injury that required a few lengthy surgeries. I believe God kept me alive to share the Gospel with others like me. The broken and addicted outcasts. When I accepted the Holy Spirit my desire for meth and alcohol were gone. They don't enter my thoughts until I see another lost victim. I MUST remember I'm only one bad decision from being a slave to it again. I believe we all struggle to some extent and we've all had our most awful or tragic event. I pray we struggle together in the name of Jesus. He's already defeated evil and death. We only need to finish the marathon and we will receive the full Grace of God.

actually the Holy Spirit is in us and will never leave us if you are a true Christian, it will never ever leave us, it's our seal that we're in Christ. 🙂 Romans 8:9 tells us, “…if anyone does not have the Spirit of Christ, he does not belong to Christ.” This verse very clearly states that if someone does not have the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, then that person is not saved. Therefore, if the Holy Spirit were to leave a believer, that person would have lost the saving relationship with Christ.

It’s a very big step and I do admire her for not taking it lightly. Some people really have to feel they’re ready. BUT GOD is rich in mercy and love, and He never gave up on me. He welcomed me back home into His loving arms just as He is doing with you, my brother. I loved that pastor! He was one of the first teachers I started learning about God under.. I loved the pastor who took over the church after his passing too, but times have changed a lot of the churches out there. I stopped watching their content when the pastor he had passed the reigns to left that church. New believers should be told to always start with the bible first and to look up any verses, or content they dont understand, through published scholar commentary from somewhere like studylight, because the amount of false teachers currently out there are almost innumerable. Take a chapter, read it through, pray and talk to the Lord about it..then go back and read it again and study it.. look up the Hebrew meaning of words.. you will be AMAZED at how close you draw to God this way.. His word does not return void!! God gave us His Word so that we could read it ourselves.. dont let someone else interpret it for you on day one..its how He speaks to you.. and thats lost when someone tries to tell you what it says.. Dont get me wrong...there are phenomenal teachers out there that help to relate whats said, to the life we have on earth.. but if you don't know what the Bible says directly, how would you ever know if you were being lied to? In the beginning of my journey, I ended up in a couple false churches, and if i hadn't been in God's word, I would probably still be asking the Lord to fill my cup i.e. me, me, me...and not the other way around. Once you've read things for yourself, then the right teacher will strengthen your understanding in it. The relationship Wilkerson had with the Lord can probably be compared to the prophets Jesus walked with during His days on earth..when you listen to some of his older sermons, where he spoke about the conversations he had had with God, when the Lord showed him what would start taking place when times were close, you couldn't imagine any of what he said as possible until the summer of 21.. it was definitely validation that his teaching came from THE truth and not a look alike. He was truly a man who was loved God..

I do read the word of God for myself, every day. I pray over it and ask God to give me understanding, and that I would not only understand it, but live it. Nothing can take the place of knowing Jesus personally. I have met some of the leadership of Times Square Church, and have also been to New York to visit (I live on the west coast.) I also attend online, so you could say I am a member. I also took a course in their Bible school some months back. Let me say that they are some of the godliest people I know. Wilkerson passed the torch to Carter Conlon (who has not left TSC but is the General Overseer.) Carter, through God's guidance, has passed the torch to Tim DiLena, the son of Paul DiLena, David's good friend, who was also in "The Cross And The Switchblade." They operate in the same power of the Holy Spirit that David did. Their methods may not be a carbon copy of Wilkerson, and I understand that sometimes christians have disagreements, but when I listen to Tim and the other pastors, I hear the word of God preached.

I am a personal trainer and I workout everyday and fit. People look at me and they get scared. But this video made me cry so hard I will probably judge for being a believer. Lord please forgive of all my sins.

@Lou R - Don't worry about "man" judging you for being a believer. God's Word tells us that this WILL happen, but the ONLY ONE you need to be worried about pleasing is God, not man! It doesn't matter what people say and their judgment is because they are judging themselves and your faith makes them realize their OWN short comings. Never worry about the opinions of man. Stay focused on the Lord and you will never regret it.

This approach was very receptive to her, and more people would come to Christ if they were approached in this manner. I thought he was quite judgmental actually. So much of this was about creating an imminent fear of hell. I really don’t like this approach. Yes, sin is real and hell is real… but God’s love is the greatest reality. A faith based more on fear of hell than love of God… is not going to be as strong.
