You are correct Charlie Jodi Arias has set decent women back decades. This woman stalked Travis, threw cheap sex at him. She lied, a thief , a cold blooded murderess who plotted the murder then tried everything in the book to evade detection. Premeditated murder. The lie is he attacked her if so I could understand but NOT condone whipping out a gun and shooting him down not the over kill this banshee went in to. Look in to her eyes they are dead. Her soul is dead. A narcissist. The say your eyes are the mirror of your soul her eyes tell you everything. The murder was revenge because Travis was taking another woman with him to Cancun. Leaves Travis to die goes further down the track meets up with another Guy and had sex with him. This her trap with men sex. Worse than a banshee she reminds me of a preying mantis had sex with Travis then killed him. Loathe her? I do and thousands of others too any one who stands up for this woman has to have their heads examined.

Stole her grandfather's gun the very gun she used on Travis. Stabs him 27 times slits Travis's throat and shoots him and admits to the murder after two years. The lawyers told her to say self defense to save her miserable neck from the death penalty and two jurors one from the first trial and the second held out because they believed her lies. If she was abused by Travis she allowed it because she would not let go and her greatest hold on him was sex. If she could not have him no other woman was going to have him. @its yeshau not jesus ..."defendable claims"... She killed her ex-boyfriend because he was planning on going to Mexico with a new girl... She admitted to spying on him and seeing him with her. She admitted to killing him. She lied to everyone about it for months. She attempted to hide and destroy evidence. She lied about Travis being a batterer and pedophile. She was diagnosed with a personality disorder. No one testified on her behalf other than 1 psychologist who was proven wrong in court by 2 other psychologists. The woman's mother wouldn't even testify about the "good" inside Jodi. She stabbed Travis in the chest, back, hands, and head 27 times. Cut his throat 3 times to penetrate the hard tissue like the windpipe. He was nearly decapitated. Then she shot him in the head... She claimed self-defense, but nothing she claimed lined up with forensics. Also, if it was in self-defense, then the cutting of the throat and shot to the head was unnecessary and clearly showed the intent to kill. She also claimed to have shot him in the head first as he lunged at her... he was already dead when she shot him in the face. What really happened was, she attacked him in the shower... stabbing him in the chest and his hands as he tried to defend himself. Cutting his hands almost through the bone. He then tries to run, wet and naked, she purses him and is stabbing him in the back and back of the head. He makes it to the hallway and collapses. She then stabs him more and carves through his kneck. She then gets the gun that she bought 2 weeks prior, for no reason other than to kill Travis, and shoots him in the face. She then tries to destroy evidence and leaves a voicemail on his phone to make it seem like she wasn't there. She washed the knife. She threw the gun in the desert. She ran the camera through the washing machine. She made up an alibi before the killing, KEEPING RECEIPTS FOR GAS FOR OVER A YEAR, to convince people she wasn't there... which those receipts contributed to her downfall. That, and the bloody fingerprints, bloody palmprints, bloody footprints in her size, the evidence she tried to destroy being recovered by experts, her admission of the killing. Her crime came down to manslaughter (self-defense and not knowing when to stop) or first-degree murder (premeditated and with intent). She bought the gun, owned the knife, brought them over to his house, attacked him while he was in the shower, killed him "in self-defense," didn't call 911, threw away evidence.... lied to everyone... there is no defendable claim... this case was shown live on TV. All 60+ days of it. She invited the media into her cell to give them her side of the story, but when she was told her trial was going to be public... she cried foul and that it was unjust. She was just upset because her lies were made known to everyone.

Not to mention dp isn't a deterrent and sir, I've studied the dp I also work for the system. You have no horse or chance in this argument. At this point just delete your youtube account and educate yourself. Good luck
@DonDraperism8 жыл бұрын
PhilonDemand-You are the one who needs to get his "facts" straight, as your comments are a total straw man. First and foremost the reason for the higher cost of death penalty inmates is due to the insane amount of appeals that they are afforded through a radical progressive agenda forced by psychotic anti death penalty opponents. This was not the case 60 years ago you idiot. But then again facts mean nothing to a liberal idiot like yourself. Now you can delete your post as is typical of your ilk you've made an ass of yourself. Also the death penalty is a deterrent asshole, if not a valuable tool as was the case with Ted Bundy when he finally provided the whereabouts of numerous missing persons to give many families closure. He did this to try and save his ass from the death penalty. With respect to being "inhumane?" Once again death penalty opponents believe that victims of crimes participated in their own demise and the perpetrators have more value. Now go run to your mommy and get that diaper changed.

I still fail to see why we need to use a flimsy injection. Can't we just use a firing squad or a guillotine? Both are a whole lot cheaper. Is it an injection just because we want to seem civilized? If someone dies painlessly does it make it less of a death than someone dying painfully?

Jodi's mother is no better than her daughter, to stand there and say that she feels bad that her psycho daughter will never have the chance to walk down the aisle is sickening, what about the poor Alexander family they will never have the chance to see him become a father or husband well that gross person and I use the term loosely still have a chance to see her equally gross family when they visit her. I hope that she never gets a moment of peace. May peace be with the Alexander family.

Debra -- Jodi had no right to do what she did. She is a psychopath and deserves to never see the light of day again. However, that does not make me turn a blind eye to Travis. I do feel sorry for the defendants' parents often, if they did not abuse the child. I am frustrated with blind ignorance to fact, but a parent wants to believe their child is innocent...but I have seen episodes of Forensic Files where siblings and parents will, with much courage and suffering turn their guilty family member over. I hate when I see these parents whine about their babies with a long record or crimes convicted crying out about injustice...I feel sorry, yes, because I know they are mothers, but it is...your son has been in prison for burglary...robbery...felony assault...sorry, but that isn't one incident, mom

Long life in hell? I don't think so. She still gets to dress, have visitors, watch TV, See movies, make new friends (or enemies), receive gifts, etc. Poor Travis had to have been totally caught off guard to not stop the assault from the get go. I think she cut his neck first and he went into shock at the sink then she completed what she chose to do. Men have to be careful - not a good thing to sleep with one girl and invite another to the respectful social functions. Not that anyone (male or female) deserve what happened to Travis. Is just something men should be thoughtful of.

Jodi Arias arrogantly stated that not only was she innocent of the murder of Travis Alexander; but that no jury would ever convict her. It would have been sickening if the jury voted in favor of acquittal because it would mean that due to the Double Jeopardy clause of the United States Constitution that would not be retried for the death of her ex-boyfriend. May 8th, 2013 arrives and the jury in Maricopa County AZ declares Jodi guilty of First Degree Murder. Sadly, the jury couldn't agree on the appropriate sentence now that Jodi had been convicted. Both juries deadlocked on whether or not Jodi should be sentenced to either life in prison or death by lethal injection. Judge Sherry Stephens put a stop to the indecisiveness of the jury and imposed a sentence of life in prison without parole. Nowadays, Jodi Arias is incarcerated at Perryville Prison in Goodyear, AZ; she holds down a job in the prison warehouse that pays fifty cents per hour.
