The keys, that bass line, the drums and percussion....the harmonies. Awesome song. The one thing critics could talk bad about is the fact that Kilimanjaro is several hundred miles from the Serengeti plains rendering the lyric about the mountain rising like Olympus above the Serengeti inaccurate. That's it! A great song that has spoken to my soul since I was a kid. It takes you on a magic journey.

Don't know if anyone has mentioned yet, but the group TOTO has a funny history. All of the members of the group are Studio musicians, and they kept seeing each other hired to do the same gigs. So I guess Steve Lukathar said screw it, lets make a band. And Toto was born.
