Very true. I eat Whole30. Right now, I do it one month at a time (it’s a 30-day elimination diet to improve your digestion). I now can move forward to making it a lifestyle. I have perfected a lot of the healthy recipes. I feel good after eating the meals. Whole30 is no added sugar. My skin looks fantastic when I let go of sugar. I like cooking my own food at home. It tastes the best. It does also help make my cycles lighter.
