"They're in a rush because they want to prove something to somebody." Man, that really hit me in the feels. I felt myself relax for the first time in the past month because I've just been so stressed trying to get this project finished, a month past the deadline because I had a setback with my laptop, and I realized it was because I'm rushing to get their approval from my parents and siblings that don't approve of my career and doubt me. Thanks.

Truth. I am from New Zealand. I go to a market almost every Wednesday morning. I get up at 5am as it opens at 7 and it's 20 minutes away. There are two big crates filled with clothes. Some crap and some great and some are even new. You fill a big rubbish sack for $10 and any other bag after that is $5. I also spend time looking on Aliexpress finding quality accessories and import things. I have about 300 accessories listed and all up have just over 2000 active listings. I get home, take photos on my mannequin, edit photos and list them. I make around $800 per week take out some fees I make around $600 profit. Whilst figuring out how to make that better my other hustle is my DREAM. I am making my own jewellery line and thanks to this dude my focus other than amazing, affordable and currently selling products is BRANDING. Every now and then I spend $50 to $70 a week on stock to build this. I do SHIT loads of research on what people are selling and always click their 'sold' items and see what people are buying the most. Sometimes they have 1 or 2 amazing things but overall they sell hardly anything so I take note of why and I can see it immediately. Those thing I wont do. I am close now to having my line set up and I am so excited to get it out there and connect with people and build what I really and truly love. My FIRST goal is to travel and work. My rent here is $450 a week. Rent in the UK (I have a British passport) is $220NZD for a decent place with room to work. I also have 2 kids and am a single parent. So my goal is to make at LEAST $1000 a week USD which will allow me to spend 6 months in UK working and then 6 months in Bali (for work and of course - it's Bali so beautiful too and want my kids to see different cultures). Years ago I was making $3000 a week selling online but a bad relationship and it all came crashing down. If I can do it once I can do it again and I have learned invaluable lessons. Now i'm 100% single and will stay this way. Raising my kids and working on my own dream. I know it's a long comment but want anyone watching to know that you CAN do it if you WANT to do it. Keep hustling people!

Cameron Clements I'm almost....well, far older than you....dear Cameron amd yearrrs ago back in the late 1980's could see this college debt debacle coming like a 10 ft. Pole! So I opted out of the college scene by the mid-90's and began the Entrepreneurial adventure! Resolution to preventing and stopping The College Debt Crisis will be publicly unifying and declaring a war on colleges raising versus lowering tuitions and overpaying tenured Professors, Professor Emeritus, etc.
@d.colbert68697 жыл бұрын
Cameron Clements IF the youth of today FAIL and DO NOT STAND UP and demand by means of boycotting attendance at these institutions then their administrators will frankly and without remorse continue to greedily ......yes, GREEDILY.....choke every penny of any future earnings you and your age group will obtain. No matter how much you may earn! And because of it the stress to produce more income will lead to EXTREME STRESS, problemmatic health issues, acute chronic anxiety, diseases, baldness inability to functuon and cope in life and finally EARLY death. Yea, I know, not a pretty picture! But it's truthful. It will occur. It's already been occurring with some individuals killing themselves due to debts or killing others at work (post office shootings, etc).

This is awesome Gary! Thank you. I have an online business that I've been working on since 2008. It is my passion. I make money every month - not a lot. I keep thinking its not successful because it does not yield 6 figures. I get to do what I love each day, I have customers I enjoy working with, I am here for my kids, my mom, my husband, my friends, so why do I not feel like a success? You nailed it. I'm busy listening to the voices telling me my biz should be bigger or better. Heck, you know what I do when I'm frustrated, or depressed or anything? Exactly what I do in my business. Right now my biggest frustration is that I'm going on vacation next month and I won't be able to work! Seriously. Anyhow, thanks for your videos and your book. Great kick in the pants to get me appreciating what I already have. Although I preach this, it isn't the same as having someone who is legit successful preach it. Being a nice person, having empathy, understanding yourself, working hard, understanding that the work is the reward, saving your money, and working on your long term vision every day yields big time results. It simply does. Thanks for everything you put out there. I TOTALLY get what you're doing long term and I can't wait to see you win.

Love this talk. 22, and been watching Gary for years now. Did the university thing for my parents, and finished with that last April. Been in the shopify/dropshipping space ever since and have my first store just rolled over 6 figures, driving all my traffic through facebook and instagram ads.

Listened to this on my commute yesterday and before bed last night to fully soak in. A lot of points that resonate hard with things I've been working on. Downsizing lifestyle and upsizing income. This year I'm determined to go to zero-debt, reduce monthly expenses and increase net income in both production in my current business and help my wife with her side-hustle to scale and quit her W2. Becoming recession proof is the goal and when that wave hits, those who are not only prepared, but numb to the effects of it are going to jump the margin out of the "middle-class". Thank you for your words. #Respect

I'm right at that point, with practicality and patience. It's either that or welfare, again. Welfare would ruin me, I'm 32, must get out there and going. I have dipped in your knowledge from time to time the last year, but because there's so many (monetizing) "motivators" I wrongfully thought you were one of them. The last couple weeks and months I watched and listened to you, realizing you're genuine/seeing eye to eye. I've sucked for years in some ways especially in money regards. Battling schizophrenia which can fucc with my mind and therefore my destiny in the end, mocking from family and many around me, being dirt poor and so forth... This talk really raises my self-awareness, I'm freaking thirsty!! I don't know if my past struggle(s) can help others and make me get hired for talks ect. Maybe I could print specific/niche t-shirts too 😉 I wrote to this elderly lady who have monopoly/solo rights to sell/distribute irritant-free olive soaps in this country. In a couple of weeks she will write me if I can takeover her rights, I can see it being a nice jump off. She haven't utilized any social media at all. Money's just waiting on me out there. Enough babbling, I love these videos, man. Keep on keeping on, I want to love the struggle as well, I can feel your words shine, and opening me up, thank you kindly 🙏
