Room filled up & it self corrected. They ran every test, kept me overnight and recommended a cardiac specialist. They couldn't find anything. 6 months of "freakouts" where I didn't think, I knew I was going to die. An old Dr suggested therapy. That was inconceivable. Nobody, including the wife believed it was due to stress. Found a Christian therapist & reunited me with my faith. 5 years later without panic/depression, no meds, booze or drugs. Jesus Saves. Buddy - You're right. The old saying is: "If you want something done give it to the busiest person you know." That's what has been happening in America for the past three plus years. No wonder people are stressed out and at the tipping point.

Stress causes sickness of the body. That’s why I gave it all up to God. If I get ill I leave it up to him. Thank you Jesus

Buddy, I am retired and 63. Still help my family building boats, home extensions, etc.. Went to a cousins birthday party Saturday. I mention this because their were 150 or so Trump supporter's. We live in southeast Louisiana. We aren't all white. We are conservative! Think not? Look at the Louisiana statewide elections last week. People need to understand. This state has always been red! Now it is solid red. 3 parishes. Orleans, East Baton Rouge, and Caddo parishes. All blue. Had all time low turnouts. Staunch Dems chose not to vote. Some will NOT vote for Biden in 24. The economy and woke BS has them fed up too. Jeff Landry was endorsed by Trump. He is our first Republican governor elect in 7 year's. Get engaged in your local and state elections! Know who the politicians in your state. Many are from the Cali Kabal, and other places. Get engaged. Vote those out and send em packing! School board members. ALL of them!! Peace tMississippi, East Texas, etc... Love you ALL!

Buddy I feel you and thank you for making me feel that I am not alone. I am a Father and a step dad and a combat veteran. I am stressed every single day and worry if I have done enough for my family. And now I am stressed about the Future of the United States because we seem to be at a point of constant conflict with the middle East and with China I know how to farm on a small scale but I wonder how to provide food for my family if we are still in conflict with half of the world. I PRAY 🙏 to GOD every day to guide me to make the right decisions but I am responsible for more than myself. Please God guide me.

Good Word brother. The anxiety of the pandemic - even for this old guy hit me so hard I had to retire after working 50 years. Yea, I deserved to retire after all those years, but I wasn't ready to walk away from my daily routine. But I /We did and have never looked back - Gibbs Rule 91. Lowell

I'm among the few. I have no stress in my life. I follow the Scripture and lay whatever cares I have at the throne. Everyday. Not a magic bullet. Just faith in God and using the common sense he blessed me with. Can I get an Amen?
